I'm an investigative reporter in Florida. I had a message on my voice mail from this number. When I called back, a recording said the number is not in service.

Asked Verizon how to block a number from calling my cell. They said there is not a way to block just one number. Recommended I register with donotcall.gov takes 31 days to take affect, then you can file a complaint.
