Ohhhh goody... a free holiday to the carribean. "Just press [1] on your keypad".
Thats great... Just two issues (A) no identification who the company is and (B) i never entered a competition for a holiday !
BTW I didn't press [1] and if you don't the line just goes dead.
You know the modern world could be such a wonderful place in the right hands.

So I have gotten a call from this number as well as many other some of which are "telemarketers" but with most telemarketers you can call them back. When you try and call this number back there is not even one ring before the hang up. I know from calling myself at home that the first ring you hear on your end is likely going to a server or a satellite and the second ring is actually the first ring that the receiver (person called) hears. This tells me that by calling this number it will not even connect to the server (in my case verizon). I suspect that cell phone companies arrange for these numbers to call their customers at peak hours to take up 1min (rounded up from the 2 sec it takes most people to hang up on these very obvious "telemarketers". If you call 2million people for 1 min then that is 2million minutes paid for that were not paid for otherwise.
I answered when they called, just to see who it was and get my number off their list. When I answered, I got a recorded that said the same thing as Andy said below (reduce interest rates, etc.). I hung up, but then I tried to call back just to see what they would say, and I kept getting a recording that said, "We're sorry. As a result of technical difficulties, we are unable to route your call." I could not actually get through. Scammers for sure. I just blocked that number on my phone.
Some lame message about my account from "cardholder services", I decided to press 1 to see who would get on the line. Took like 15 rings and someone with an Asian accent answered the phone. I asked how they got my private cell phone number, she stated it was from the white pages. I informed her this was a private business line and she said she would remove my number from their list.
Started to get calls from this number yesterday. Same spiel as other credit card scammers, i.e. reduce your interest rates and eliminate existing debt.
Numerous calls from this number and they never leave the message. Today I decided to call back this number and a man answered the call in a panicking mode “ I’ll call you back” and hang up.
