How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

Company is American Mortgage Service Company. The supposedly handle information for various mortgage compnies such as updating information on files and possible collections. Their '800' number is 800.662.3806. They may be calling to update records on a home mortgage loan.
They are a loan servicing company that is calling to collect home loan payments
Calls again after 5 minutes
They call every single day and leave a vague mesage with no explination of why they are calling
called at 8:07 AM PST and again at 8:15 AM PST. They left a message. It was Wells Fargo. It was a follow up call to see if I had any questions about a new home loan.
These people called 5 times this month already. Interestingly the calls came in at exactly the same time at 1221pm on the 12th and the 28th of this month. Of course I keep playing the telephone is disconnected message for them but they still keep calling anyway!
Did a google search and it and came up with a name. ASC, 4680 North Hallmark Parkway, San Bernardino, Calif. 92407 and they apparently sell Home Equity Loans.
They called again at 0855 this morning. Of course everytime they call I play the phone disconnected message for them but they keep calling anyway! They are rude and stupid! Don't buy anything from these people!!!
These nasty people called already at 8:02 hours local time.
I picked up the phone and heard part of a message and then it disconnected. I have tried calling back for 2 days, but it continually says there office is closed.
They called at 5:34 pm local time naturally. Didn't pick up the phone as this is a new strange number for us.
