How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I am so sick and tired of this companies practices.I use the grace period for my rental properties have not been late in over 5 years.I have been called at my office my cell and my wife has felt the harassment at home.Last call that came in I was told that this call would be recorded and that this call was an attempt to collect a debt.I told the collector that there was no debt to collect and that I would also be recording her.She said she could not give me authorization to record LOL. I told her neither could I.I make sure and tell everyone how bad you suck WELLS F%*!- I will refi at my earliest convenience.kiss my interest good bye you dumb azzes.
No message- didn't recognize the number-so I didn't pick up....

They called me again even though I went into the bank and made my payment on the 2nd. They are now calling my work # instead of my cell. I could understand if I had a history of late payments but I do not.I don't need this harrassment!!!
Wells Fargo, Calls and Calls. 4 to 5 times daily!! I already have my home in escrow and they have all my information to this effect. But they just keep calling and asking the same damn questions over and over again. I now refuse to answer!
I know it was wells fargo but I'm sick & tired of them calling me, then putting ME threogh the 3rd degree. Name, ID, account #, address, city, state, zip, SSN, etc etc. Jesus assholes, you called me. From now on, I tell them I'm not there, wrong number or I only talk to them threw snail mail.
I have a home mortgage with them and they start calling on the 2nd every month and its not late till the 15th and they dont care.. As soon as ONE company offers me a better rate, than my current one, Im gone and will never be a customers of theirs again!

Ditto. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I, too, often use the grace period but they start calling as early as the 2nd. They also send me a "we are attempting to collect a debt" letter every month. I figure since they are harrassing me, I don't mind them spending extra money on letters and paying people to call me. Ignore the calls and they rarely leave a message.
They have been calling multiple times a day asking for someone who does not even live here. I tell them that they have the wrong number but they still call.
Call me every month starting with the 2nd or 3rd. I would make my payment sooner if they wouldn't charge $10.00 to do an online payment they would get their money on the 1st every month. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I do not have a wells fargo mortgage account and they call me on my cell. I call back and they say sorry. I also get a call from 612-312-8585. I am contacting a branch to see if I can get mine stopped.
I am ready to change my phone number I pay my bill every month online on or about the 10th, they call from the 1st until the 15th. I use that grace period, like a lot of people, they need to start the calls on the 15th and thereafter.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage....They call to remind you when your payment is due which was great for me this month because for the first time ever I forgot to send in the check for my mortgage.
Endless calls before payment is even late. (Due on 1st, late after 15th - they start calling on the 2nd.) And once, I overnighted the check and they still called for 3 days - even thought when I spoke to them - they could see the payment had been received. Then they called again 2 hours later. Really OBNOXIOUS.
