Who Called Us

they called me 10 times in one day, beginning at 11:15am and ending at 8:57pm. they leave no messages and on one occasion the only message left was one saying hello, hello. click. talk about persistant.

did not pick up as i do not answer numbers i do not recognize. did not leave a message

Recieving calls at work and when I try to return call all I get is a busy signal. Called 3 times today and hung up last time secretary asked to take a message.

people from this number keep calling every day 2,3,4 times a day i told them they have the wrong number and don't call again. they keep calling. i told them i was going to call the phone company to report. they keep calling. please help me.

They called us 8 times in a 24 hour period. Myra was the name used to identify the lady on the other end of the line. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused and hung up on me. I decided to be a stubborn as they were and called back. They gave me to "Julia" who may or may not have been a supervisor - but I made it clear that I was keeping a record of the calls and would consider it harassment.

On a day the debt collection agency called for a guy who never was at this number, CVG (ERMI's parent company) started out $18.15 a share and ended at $17.78. That cost me 37 cents a share. Then the company has the gall to be rude when I try to get them to quit wasting time on a number that ERMI will get nothing from. I know that ERMI employees check these pages. Maybe ERMI needs to decrease the salary even further and increase their incentive for collecting.

Despite multiple attempts to stop the calling, ERMI AGAIN called for a person that I have never heard of. They have my number blocked so I can not call them back at that number. However, the 877-409-2110 number works just fine. The lady did not understand my concerns that the stock price of the company that owns ERMI (CVG) has dropped from 27 to 17 since they starting calling me. This is my concern since many of the Index 500 funds own CVG. My big fat capital gains are dependent upon ERMI employees earning wages based on production (being taxed at the marginal income rate with Medicare taxes, Social Security taxes and potentially state taxes). By calling the wrong number and wasting time she is hurting the companies I own. Come on Debt collectors, you need to do a better job collecting money for ME.

ERMI called again for a person that we have never heard of. This has been going for months despite their frequent promises to take our name off the list. But for everyone out there, remember as long as ERMI is calling, they are not making any money off your number! You will eventually wear them down! Unfortunately, the poor, ignorant sapp that works for them pays income tax and social security tax on a small paycheck. My kids get more money added to their 529 accounts (growing tax free) then they make a year. Their parents never cared about them or they would not be working in a dead-end job. Thank you ERMI!!!

Have had 2 calls from this number after 2 calls from an 800 automated call system looking for a person that isn't at my number. Finally had the caller agree to take my number off their list, then the next day they called again. I called 908-854-1973 and they answered the phone as Oncore, a "Management Company". Talked to Mike Whipking and he assured me that he would remove my phone number ... yeh, sure.

ERMI is a collection agency calls by a multitude of numbers. Unfortunately, they got the wrong number. We have never heard of the guy. (We owe nothing, we have had our telephone number for four years, the telephone company issued us a new number, and the telephone number not missed identified on the internet). We politely explained this fact on multiple occasions- but to no avail. Months later they are still calling. It fair to remind them that 1)they must not be very good since they have not collected 2) There are no debtors prisons in the US 3)they must not be a bright light since tehy have not obtained an accurate telephone number 4)they work in a low paying dead end job that most Americans would be embarassed of 5) The money they collect goes for big corporations actually goes into MY 401-k, children's 529, Profit sharing plan, 403-b has dividends or Capital gains- in other words- you are working for me. 6) By working they stay off the welfare rolls and lower my taxes. 7) Thank goodness that society has ignorant people who will work for them.
