How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.

same nonsense. ComEd must have sold our phone number and now we get five calls a day from untraceable / bogus numbers. So much for the Do Not Disturb or whatever list!

Did you stay at Yosemite or Reno, NV in July 2012? I started getting telemarketing calls after completing a phone survey for a Reno, NV hotel I stayed in. The telemarketing calls got worse after I received automated calls from Yosemite regarding the hantavirus outbreak during my stay. Was my phone number sold by the hotel's survey contractor or Yosemite (actually Deleware North Companies)?? Did this happen to you too?? Solution: Never take a phone survey. Never answer a number you don't recognize.

I never get scam calls usually either, but I have been getting calls from this number that past couple of days. I have ptsd so receiving unknown calls causes extreme anxiety in me. this needs to stop.
Called offering to lower my gas bill. Don't press any buttons or say anything when they ask - that proves you're a real phone number. They've called from different numbers about 6 times in the past 3 days. Besides this, I never get scam calls on my cell. Why now?
They may be spoofing the callerID. Just got a call from 908-388-1154
