Who Called Us

they called me after 9 pm and hung up when i said the person they were asking for wasnt here while i was trying to tell them when to call back

Well they keep calling and calling. Signed up for the dont pay for a year fridge offer at Bad Boy. Next I know I get a statement from HSBC noting that I signed up for a credit card account with them (they provide consumer credit for BadBoy). Not only that they want me to pay $35 a year for the credit card. Complained all over them, they blamed Bad Boy; called Bad Boy stores and they blame HSBC. Mentioned that the $35 was not in any agreement I signed and that I was going to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs, they suddenly change their attitude and waive the fee.

Called and pressed 2; why does it take up to 60 days to remove my telephone number from their system, bet if I did not pay my account for 60 days, they would contact me sooner then that. What a cop out, 60 days with the age of computers? Well, I have received now 23 calls from them and only had the account for 60, so at least every 2 days I get some call from them, same thing no anser or some call centre I cant understand.

I agree with everyone else. They call several times a day and never leave a message. At least now i know who is calling Thanks to this site i found.

Signed up for a BAD BOY card, and now HSBC keeps calling calling calling; going to pay off the fridge and tell them to stop calling.

They call everyday except Sunday and it is very annoying, not messages left and no answer when I am home to answer the phone.

They have been calling every day for MONTHS. Never a person on the other line. Never a message on my answering machine. Finally realised I could call them back and press 2 to be removed from their calling list. But says it will take up to 60 days.

Calls all the time. Very annoying, no message or anything.

I told her that I didn't understand what she was trying to tell me and she replied that I could call to a specific number for more info than hungup !!!

Ils appellent au Québec sans se soucier de parler le français, je leur ai dit que je ne parlait pas l'anglais et la fille au téléphone ne savait plus quoi faire, alors elle a raccroché. Bien fait!

Same deal as everyone else. These people call us several times a day. My husband answered last night and said I wasn't there and they just hung up. They usually call every night about 8:45 PM (Mountain). So annoying.

So they called again, and I told them that I CLOSED the account.... they said , OK and said they updated the record to not call... will see if that worked and will update here if it stops them

of coarse its connected... HSBC is the finance company for your ring, look at the back of your bill in the small print.

I wish they would stop calling and just hanging up when I pick-up. I bought a ring and used some interest free loan and it was HSBC... can't help but think this is connected... VERY ANNOYING

just call the number back and press option 2...says can be removed from their list...also says takes up to 60 days, but worth a shot....they are so annoying!!!! call all day long...even after i answered and said no thanks, still calles!..aarrgghh

ya just phone spammer... just block the number from your cell company if a cell phone.

They just wanna sell me something cause I used theor 6 months no interest and paid it 2 days before they charged interest... ha ha... thanks for the free money

I called back and option 2 is for removing your number from their telemarketer list. So I did and afterwards it stated it would be approximately 60 days remove. we'll see.

this number called my house phone and did not say anything or even have an automated calling program. i demanded someone pick up and still nothing, (even after threatening to send the undertaker, marcus calloway, after them.) then the line went dead.... I HATE CALLS LIKE THIS!!!! but dont worry, i just *69 their asses 3 times and they cant call me ever again from that number!!!!!!!HA HA HA, HA............HA!!!

Called, ID showed number and Somerville, NJ. Did not answer and no message left.

Got a call last week and they asked for me by my former name (pre-divorce) then hung up when I said yes, that's me. Next call they asked for me by that name again and I said no. They hung up. hmmmmph

thanks for letting me know to ignore this one. Still annoying, multiple calls and no one is ever there.

After many missed calls and 2 where I answered and no one was there, there was finally someone on the line when I answered. They are trying to sell insurance for home mortgages. I told them I was not interested but they are still calling every day. Very annoying
