JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

2nd time I've received this call. I didn't note the CSID the first time but the caller said the same thing after I identified myself, "Good one." then they hung up.
Xentel DM: fundraising telejunkers-for-hire (xentel.com). Noting all the CID's I've ever had from this persistent telemarketer that does not honour DNC requests.
