Quit calling me David.
a frequent caller implying that I have a last chance to fix my credit. I spoke to 'Nicole' and expressed interest, then asked who she was working for, and a few other questions, then asked for my name to be removed from their call list.
In brief, these calls come from Credit Management Solutions; they have websites, and appear legitimate - but who would want to give unknown callers personal information - name, credit information, etc?
Previous requests to be removed from their calling list have been ingnored.
2-3 times a day and filling up my voicemail. I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their call list. I pressed the number for auto removal and started getting ten times the number of calls i was prior.
It is really pissing me off!
I think all this number are related to the same group of people/company. Watch out folks.

got a call today....I pick up the phone, it's for cc rate reduction, press "1" to speak to an agent and "2" you will lost your privilege....But when I call back the number, the message say they are doing a survey. WOW, the crooks are one step ahead of the feds. Cause even if you compliants, their door sign is a suvery company. very smart.....
Phone number belongs to "US LEC of Florida, Inc"...they were hired by a Canadian Company. So CRTC can not touch them.
The automated message said, "This is our last attempt to lower your credit card interest rate! If you do not press 1 and press 2, your chance will expire!" I pressed 1 and spoke with a man identifying himself as "David" who had me "give me your 10 digit phone number for security purposes". When I told him I was tired of them calling, he told me they could help me by lowering my interest rate on my credit card. I couldn't get a word in when he asked me, "Do you have $3000 in credit card debt?" I said, "I don't even have a credit card!" He then said I didn't qualify and hung up.
Left no msg on VM.
