Just started getting calls from these people - thanks for the information.

Just got another call from them. This people do not follow regulations and you have to be carefull. Once you answer your phone and if by mistake you press any, any of your keyboard you will be granting them access to your records within the Communication Bureau... No public policy for our information secury... ehhhh!

LOL...These fools keep calling me trying to get paid. It ain't gonna' happen. They call with an ID of 903-891-1105 & leave a call back number of 866-882-5878.
Sometimes they even switch it up and call with a local area code ID. I'am going to wait the 7 years for it to fall off my credit report. I AIN'T PAYIN' LOL.....

i have no clue who this is, and they never leave a message on my machine. the worst part is, they call before 9 am, and often late into the evening.

The comments below are so funny. West Asset Management is a collection agency. They are calling me for a hospital bill from 2005. I have not paid it. I talked to them one time. They did not ask for a social or DOB. They just wanted me to quit being a dead beat and pay my bill. Have I paid it yet... no. I'm still a dead beat. If they are calling you then you owe someone money. Don't be mad at them because you have not paid one of your bills. Am I the only honest person who posted here? What do you think you have to lose by telling the truth? This site is to help people know who is calling them. Saying you have no idea why does not help. This is anonymous. No one can judge you or steal your gummy bear collection because you posted on here.

Somehow these people have linked my phone # to the previous tenants of my home. They won't quit calling despite my telling them they have the wrong #. Terrible company, they should try and find the person they are looking for rather than keep calling my residence.

I called my phone company and got call Intercept added on to my phone now anyone who calls me has to have a PIN number to get throught to my phone. If you don't have the PIN then the call does not com through. Thank's to call Intercept they can call but my phone dosen't even ring.

How many idiots have to call to my number to realize I am not the one they are looking for or collecting on. Trust me I don't look like a "Sharon"

I finally stopped answering. They claim to be trying to collect a debt of $35.00 that I owe for some hospital bill from 2001. I called the hospital and they said if it was handed over to a collection agency it is out of their hands. Three seperate times I have asked this supposed collection agency to send me Proof of the amt. owed and a statement. They said they would. The second time I asked as I got nothing, they said it was sent out. Same 3rd time around. Over a year ago now, and still nothing ever sent from them.

I have been called by this company for months....I've been promised at least four times they would not call my number...if they say we will delete your number, ask them what that number is (if you had phoned them back) you can hear them looking up on their computor who they are talking with...in other words they will promise to delete your number before they know who is calling. Sure. . What ever happened to the "DO NOT CALL" lists I joined up with? I have no credit problems and there is no reason a collection agency would be calling. They seem to have a correct last name...but no first name. I think a common last name means you will get a lot of calls. Admit it, consumer potection is a concept of years ago. Please look at consumeraffairs.com for some sympathetic help to a wide variety of consumers' concerns.
A word of advice-don't offer any personal info to anyone who calls annomously...collectons, political, health, or anything.

They keep calling and asking for a guy that had my number before I did. I've gotten other calls for this guy, so I know the name they ask for is a real person. Very unprofessional. It sounds like they record the call if you answer. Initial time lag indicates a dialer.

Calles constantly caomes up unknown caller. it is against the law in some states to call all hours of the day according to the fair credit act it is even in the mini miranda.

I called the number out and they started right off with Mr. #$%^&. They knew my name. I am removed from all telemarketing lists. This is probably a scam. Or my wife is behind on a bill.

this company says i owe a bill to the local hospital. they had my address wrong when i asked for a itemized bill.{because they stated that there were several bills}. when i talked to them again, they stated that they had sent me 6 bills, all of which i have yet to receive. i also told them that without a bill in hand, i would not discuss payment of this bill. hasn't called back in 2 days.(YET!!!) i'm sure that they will call back, and i still won't have a bill.

This number has been showing up on my caller ID since June 2006, there is never a message left on my voice mail... I don't know who this is, but calls come in from them morning, noon and night.

They call and hang up before I can even answer! It's probably automated!

They also call all day at my work....trying to contact my ex-wife....divorced 4 yrs ago

These guys appear to be a total SCAM!

these people call every day. i check caller id and do not answer. they leave long messages on my answering machine, saying they are not a collection agency.

these people call us ever day from 9:00 untill 9:00 at night .And guess what it will get pay when we are good and ready . Not by you calling us ever day . P.

We have had atleast 30 calls from this number. It varies day and up to 9 pm.
When you answer, a voice recording states to wair for the next available rep.

Day after day after day, month after month - these people call never any message! ARRRGH

They caolled at 8"45 pm. My wife answered. They asked for date of birth and social security info.
