Have been getting calls at all hours. Hubby and I filed Bankruptcy last year and have had several things crawling out of the woodwork that isn't ours and this is one of those. They will not stop. I get several a day and call them back, no one picks up.

Oh my lord these people are a trip! They call and call and call - ask me to call them back. When I do they ask for a person who does not live at this number and who I have never heard of. I tell them they have the wrong number. They still call asking for her. Again and again and again. Lord they are not too bright. You would think they could just look up my number on the internet (like I did theirs) and verify the owner of the number....Duh. I'm calling the attorney general next time. This is just stupid.

They call at 8:30 AM, let the phone ring twice and hang up. If you answer the phone there is a click of them hanging up after you speak.

I've received several hangups from this number to my new cell number - it is a debt collection agency and they are trying to track down a "client". Was told my number would be removed from their database.

I get the same message and they won't say what it's about.

They are a debt collection agency. I work for an workers compenstaion insurance company, and they have contacted our office trying to collect debt on medical claims we have denied.

constantly get calls at least once a day. they always leave a message and when i call back i can not seem to get a real person

It's a collection agency. Usually for medical businesses like hospitals and banking institutions.

These people are scavenger debt collectors, trying to collect on debts they purchase for pennies on the dollar from original debtors. Most of the debts they try to collect on are many, many years old far beyond the statute of limitations and they're trying to find some tie to the original debtor. What they are doing is borderline illegal. Don't answer their calls.

Called me from this number. DO NOT PICKUP. IGNORE THESE LOW LIFE TRASHY DEBT COLLECTORS. WHAT A LOUSY JOB.

I dont blame the reps for being rude. They are worse then used car salesmen.

Constant calls from these phone number....unknown recording.....it's embarrassing and I want it to STOP!!

I repeatedly get phone calls from this number. I am on the National do not call list. They leave a message that they are a debt collection agency. I have outstanding credit. They need to stop harrasing me.

When you call these numbers they want you to provide them with your Social Security Number or the last four of it before you cn talk to anyone. I am not that stupid.
What can we do to make these people stop?

They call my cell at least twice a day. Collecting for someone else. Always a prerecorded message. The one time I did speak to a human, I let them know they had the wrong #, but they continue to call.

A google search says it is a hair salon "Finer Cuts"
in Sherman Texas. Address below. Calls from this number occur often enough to be annoying.

I get this number calling my phone EVERYDAY like many on this list too. It is really annoying.

I get a call once a day and is B.S. I called them back and they just hung up. So now I will call them once a day.

They keep calling my business and ask to speak to someone who doesn't work here-tries to say his hands are tied and he will keep calling. Buddy, get a real job.

They started calling me morning, daytime and late night.

In November 2006, I requested my yearly credit report from the 3 known agencies and right after that, I started getting these phone calls from these people.

I answered one call and they wanted me to confirm Name, Address, Social, etc.

Of course, I refused to answer these Questions and asked what was the nature of the call.

The fello on the other end got really rude and said. "I'll just put in your file that you refused to answer my Questions," then he hungup on me.

I think we should all contact BBB and complain about this fello, his company and the way they are trying to obtain our personal info.

If he was truely a legal collection agency, he would have stated his full name and the reason for his call.

This number has called my house and left a message saying that they were a debit collector and to call 1-866-882-5878. It was West Asset Mgmt. I called the number and theyasked for my last four numbers of my social sercurity number if I was (name). I pressed the 0 for an agent and they asked if I knew (name) and I said no then they asked if I knew (name) and I said yes, that it was my husband. When I asked my husband if he know this person he said no, when I asked the agent how long ago did this person use my husband as a contact she(Rhonda) said July 4,2006. My husband does not know this person and she said that our number will be taken off of their records.
Not sure if this is a scam but they called at 7:30am and 10:55am. We were not home and they finally left 2 messages. This is not the first time they have called.

W ASSET MGMT called my number several times over a one week period without leaving a message. I called them back and spoke to a live person - they were looking for someone who lived at this address previously. I indicated that the person they were looking for no longer lived here - the woman on the other end was pleasant and apologized for disturbing me - the calls stopped immediately. This is a debt collection agency operating out of north Texas.

Calling my son's phone, and he is a minor.

This number shows up on Caller ID several times a day I get calls as early as 7am and as late as 11:30pm

I get calls from this number also. I am going to look into reporting them since I am on the Do Not Call list.

The call comes from 903-891-1103 and it rings 2 times can't answer the call in time and they hang up with no message. ANNOYING... I can not always get to the phone on 2 rings....

I get calls from this number a lot and like others I just get a voice mail saying it is not a sales call. I don't call it back

These people are "Debt Collectors".

I took the time to call them back and they asked me if there was a "some name" living here. When I told them "No", they said "Thanks" and "It must be a wrong number".

Guys, this is the tactic of debt collectors :)

this person has been calling my house repeatedly for a little more thean a year now... im underage and i keep getting in trouble for it because my parents think its someone im not allowed to be talking to...

They have been calling me for 6 months now. And it is always a computer that leaves a message saying " its important that I call them." If someone calls me and do not say who they are and where they are calling from they do not get a call back

I continually get harassed from whoever is at this number and also 903-891-1102, 1103, etc. They leave messages saying that it is important that I call and never tell me what it is about.
