They called me 1 time today. I have no idea who they are trying to reach, but they do not leave a message at all.

I have been receiving regular calls from this phone number for the past 2 or 3 weeks. and they ask my last 4 SSN number.

So, be careful to this phone.

even if u tell them the person they are looking for isnt at this residence, its like it just goes through one ear and out the other! just wasting my damn battery on my phone ..

The stupidity of these morons calling for someone I've never heard of, or recorded message, "If you're not this person press one & . . . call #"

wow this company in North Texas ( Sherman, Denison, Pottsboro ) is a joke.... Brand new cell # here for my office, previous number is another company whom I pulled their credit on and they show no deliquincies... hmmmm 8.00 an hour employees doing not so swell a job for north texans... typical?

They just called me. They asked me to verify my name...I said, "can you please verify the nature of the call and what your purpous is"? She said, "is your name Kevin _. ____________." I said, "ma'am I appologize I am just not comforyable with this call." She said can you verify that you live at "____________________" and gave my whole address...then she said, "is your social security number ____________________" What the heck she sure knows allot about me. I said, Ma'am would you be so kind and give me a web address so I can look you on the internet? She responded very rudly, "You can look me up on your credit report, we will be calling you back" Click...she hung up.

First, I do not know of any bills I am behind on or missed. If I am...just tell me what it is so that perhaps I can have the opportunity to take care of it.

I would like to know if anyone actually spoke to them and if it was a legitimate bill they owed...since many of you found out it was a collection agency?

I sent them a cetifie4d letter to stop calling me I have no business with them and they still call all hours day and evening even weekends and holidays...I don't know why these idiots as others have call them... they are DUMB they call and leave a recorded message to dall them back. I've received numerous calls from this number & since I don't recognize it, I never answer & they never leave a message. After looking it online and finding this site, I know what I'm up against. I may answer just to let them know that I'm a lawyer. Maybe they'll leave me alone then.

Just got a call on my cell phone from 903-891-1102 the mesg. said to call 866-882-5878 I got a recording saying I'd be connected with a representative and then a busy signal. Not making much cash there are they. DUMB! and a big Duh too. I am on the do not call list and have been for the 2 years I've had this #. No caller ID info didn't answer they left the recorded mesg I only know the company name from this web site. thanks

I just got a call AT WORK from 903-891-1102. She asked for me by name...I said this is she...she then said is this your birth date xx/xx/xxxx? It was not my birthdate...she then hung up on me. What is this company about?

i have a medical debt out there and these are the people that are dealing with it.. i get between 10-15 calls a week from them, all recorded. i just ignore the call for now.

They call me all the time! When I pick up, it is silent and they hang up! F U West ASSet Management!

I asked for their mailing address and twice they refused to give it. The third time the lady thought I need to send them a bill to pay so she gave me their address.

Today when they called from this particular number, even after I told him I intended to exercise my rights under the Fair Credit Collection Practices Act and wanted to submit a formal request for verification (the Doctor in question said I didn't owe anything) the supervisor said he didn't want to give it to me because writing was a waste of time.

They keep bugging a friend of mine, but she says the only old debt it could be is medical. Anyone know if they specialize in medical collection?

I have been receiving regular calls from this phone number for the past 2 or 3 weeks. The Caller ID shows the call is coming from Texas, but that's all the information I get. I refuse to answer calls on my cellphone from numbers that I do not recognize, so I have no idea why they are calling me. I get regular collection calls for the two previous owners of my cell phone number, so I only assume it is regarding either of them.

caled this number back, got "ashley" from west asset management immidiatly this is for collection purposes and will be recorded for quality assurance.

I got a call for the first time. I too asked them to mail the information to me, and they said they couldn't do that. I said they I can't tell you if you are after me for a debt that was due to my ex-husband if so.. we're not married anymore. He said your contact information was on the inital application and I said "probably but not as an applicant as a contact and I haven't heard from him" and they threatened me and I called my BBB.

I wouldn't be shocked to learn that Nigerians are behind this scam.

This is a collection agency. They called to tell me that i owed a debt from 7 yrs ago. The first person i spoke to was very rude and said they would just keep calling if i didnt resolve this issue. I asked if they would send me something in writing and was told they can not do that. I said ok and hung up. The second time i spoke to a different person who was rude as well and when i asked about something in writing she said it had been mailed out about a week ago. Of course i didnt receive anything and when i told her that she said that they can only send out the info once. I told her i will not do anything until i see whatever it is in writing that i could possibly owe from 7 yrs ago and have not answered any of the millions of recorded messages i have gotten since. The only caller id i received was the first time they called and every since it comes up as "out of area". The number that popped up with w asset mgmt was 903-891-1002.

These idios call me 3-5 times a day. I let my 4 yr. old have free reign; he answers the phone and asks the same ?s over & over "What's your name; where do you live?

I got three calls all on the same day (4-06-07) from W Asset Mgmt No: 903-891-1390. I have a TeleZapper so when I picked up and said hello there was no answer.

Willie so am I and they still call. They usually leave a record message. I don not answer recorded messages. I have called back and they gave a name I could not understand, then set me up for a transfer.. I do not hold for someone on my cell phone. period. Even my Kids call and then get a ring in, if they say hold on and take the call I hang up.

Just received a call from 903-891-1390. The caller ID read W ASSET MGMT. The lady on the line was very rude and asked me to verify my birthdate. When I inquired what it was about, she responded that it was a personal business issue with me and that she couldn't answer any questions until I verified the information. Of course, I refused and she hung up. Do we know for sure that they are running a scam? Where can we report such callers? Thanks.

I get anywhere from 2 to 10 calls each weekday from this number and also 903-891-1101.

A girl from this number called my cell phone and would not tell me who she was or what she wanted until I gave her my personal information. DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS! THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU! She was also very rude after I wouldn't give her my information. She called me the idiot!

They called my home 3 times today, 8;30am, 5:10pm and 7:10pm. I guess I should quit my job to stay home and answer calls.

called with a recorded message mangling my name and asking me to call them back. I contacted my Attorney General's office and they informed me that this number is a collection agency. Why they would be calling me is unknown since I do not owe anyone anything. Still feel this is a scam of some type...

Actually company's make millions of dollars in sales with recorded messages. 5,000,000 contacted with a 1% return equals 50,000 responses. 25,000 sales out of those for $1000 equals 50M. not bad for a dumb dumb. How much do you make?

I don't know but tese idiots call all the time with a recorded message. Are they that stupid? Who is going to call back from a recorded message.
