Got a call from 866-448-8558 stating they are looking for the same person that I have been getting calls on at my number for the past 4 years.

I got this call, and it gave me a number to call back...866-448-8558. I did and ended up getting charged a total of 773.50 in unauthorized charges. I'm still fighting to get it back. If you ever call the above number and get "Gerald E Moore & Associates" or "Law Firm", do not give them any personal information. Oh, and don't speak with Phil Brown, Tyrone (Ty) Henderson, or Will Taylor.

they keep callin my boyfriend and he lives in houston. hes only 19 he has no debt. and yet they think he does. i called them and hung up but if they call bak im gonna be like "f*** u b****es!" and hang up. cuz theyr stupid and i dont like stupid ppl

This number calls my work but never leaves a message.
It is my understanding that
a Debt collector can not call your place of employement to collect on a
debt. This is harassment that could cause someone to lose there job. They would never get there money now would they.

I, too, have gotten a number of calls from these 'tards, the final one (so far) ending with them telling me that they would not send anything in writing, as they had sent a letter to an address that I am no longer at, and another would not be cost effective. I got the distinct impression that it was because I sound young and am female, so easy to dick around. Great business practice.

They call every few days or so. Never leave a message on my voice mail. I don't pick up a number that I don't recognize and they never leave a message.

they call me and harass me about someone named Stephanie Moore. Told the guy dont know who that is and he kept going on about so.... you sure you dont who that is. I told him no and asked who this was calling me and he told me thats none of my business and hung up on me....? mad me mad. Everyone that comes to this site about this number should complain to the BBB about them.

I too get calls three or four times daily from this number. They call my cell and my home #. I don't answer calls I don't recognize and they never leave a message. I pay all my bills every month. If they want someone to call back they should say so! It is very aggravating. They should be stopped.

I have received recorded messages, approximately 7 times daily for the past 3 months for Megan White or Morgan Taylor supposedly, to collect a debt owed to Wells Fargo. The two occasions that I have spoken to an individual, I was told that my number would be taken off the list, but the annoying calls presist

Scumbag muthas' I owe those SOB's nothing and I told them DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN or I will speed dial all your numbers through our servers at the university for 24 hours straight. They removed my # ASAP. If they ever do call my # again, the WAR is on. Foregt the Alamo!

I don't know who these people are, but they called me on my cell phone at around 9:00 pm tonight. So I decided to research it and see who was calling from this unknown number. They didn't leave a message, but this website has pretty much cleared up who it MAY be! NINE o'clock at night though!! Come on! This is a great site! Thanks for everyones comments and stories!!

Calls on my cell about twice a week, sometimes leaves a recording to call them back. Very irritating. I have NO past due debts.

They call me about once a day on my cell phone. So far they don't leave any message. They sure don't seem to serious about collecting any debts to me if that's who they are. They aren't calling for me as far as I know since I too pay cash for everything and hate credit with a passion.

They are collecting money for Wells Fargo. We never had a Wells Fargo account.

CALLS EVERY WEEK AND LEAVES MESSAGE TO RETURN CALL. NEVER IDENTIFIES THEMSELVES OR COMPANY.

A SCAM?? They claim that I owe state taxes from 21 years ago. They claim my wife owes state taxes from before we were married (23 years past). They claim several thousand dollars, heck I have never made enough income to owe a state near that amount.

they called my work cell #, all I got was a recording that told me to wait. I think it's some sort of scam they run so I hung up. They should be reported to the authorities. It's not right what they are doing.

Calling my work phone number every week for a month now, asking for someone I've never heard of. Called the 866 number given, but no one answered after 20 minutes.

Recording from West Asset Mgt..caller id> 903-891-1002...giving another number to call,started with "877" (Toll Free ??)..didn't have time to write it down. Never said what or who it concerned. Have no idea what it is about.

Whether I pick up and answer or let my recorder do it for me, I always get the same recording. They want ME to call a toll-free number. They do identify themselves as a 'debt collector.' They DO NOT ask for anyone by name in their call.

I find that strange as I pay as I go, have no mortage or bills other than monthly utilities and haven't had any debts for over 15 years or so.

These folks call about every two weeks.

Today I looked at my free credit report from Experian. Totally clean and stellar as it has always been.

Went to their Website. If all they do is send out sporadic recorded calls, they aren't much of a collection agency in my book.

they called for Samantha Reed and have called about 8-10 times over a period of a few months. I tell them she doesn't live here and they keep calling. today the guy said he would take my number off the list. I am on a no call list. I tink I'll will sue them for harassment. The guy claims that Samantha put down the wrong number. I would say it's because I have my number listed as S.Reed in the phone book and they are guessing she lives here.
