How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

I got three calls
They called me several times and I answered it today. It's a sales person from sprint, trying to persuade me to renew a 2-year contract with 10% discount. They seem to be some seperate department. They told me that the cell phone numbers are randomly selected by computers; so they even don't know what cell phone numbers they are calling to.
Oct 17th, 2006 call. No message was left. I have a sprint cell phone.
I got a call from this number on 10-17-2006 at 3:46 pm. Female caller identified herself as a Sprint/Nextel representative. She asked if I was interested in saving some money on my bil l and I said yes. She told me to wait a moment while she accessed my records and put me on hold. I was on hold for about 2 minutes and she never came back - call was disconnected.
i have sprint as well...getting calls from this number as well as 866-463-3020...looked that one up and it appears both are connected to sprint. i have asked them not to call me at work, but they call every day at nearly the same time.
This is the second call I've recieved from this number. I tried to answer it, but, ironically, I get really bad Sprint reception in downtown San Jose, where I was at the time.
This number just keeps calling my cell phone, like every couple of days or something. No messages have ever been left.
Got a call from this number at 959 AM on my Sprint cell. Did not answer as caller ID only showed the number and I do not answer unidentified calls. I put my # on the do not call lists some time ago. From the other posts, I gather this is a sprint related company.
No idea who this is. I didn't answer it, and they did not leave a voice mail.

I DID answer the call and I had a simply LOVELY conversation.
Called my cell phone. No ID, no message. Spouse called number and found they answered The Loyalty Group.
FYI - The Do Not Call list doesn't protect you from calls from companies with which you have done business within the past 18 months. It only protects you from cold calling. It appears this is a Sprint company and my guess is that everyone here has a Sprint cell phone.

They've called me twice now and I haven't answered. Both times during lunch hours. Thanks for the info. Now I know to continue to not answer.
I wish these people would quit calling me. It's every day, 3 times a day. I refuse to answer.

seriously everyone,
You first of all should register your cell on donotcall.gov
Then, if you receive a call from this number you should report it through that same website.
The more people that do this, the sooner they stop cell phone spamming their customers.
did not answer initial call. Called back from another line. The Company is called the Loyalty Group. Sounds like sprint is trying to sell me even more crappy service. But they are nice enough to tell you that if you called from your sprint phone you will not be charged.
I did not answer the call as I do not know WHO is calling. I am also on the national registry for DO NOT CALL. No message left.

Called back from a different phone. It's f**king sprint selling off your number something related to sprint and a deal they're trying to get you signed up for most likely. My phone is on the donotcall.gov database and i reported this number as being in violation for calling me.
Called my cell phone at 730am. No ID, no message.
