when they leave message they never say who they are looking for but leave a ref #. i have also had calls from them for someone else and tell them that person is not here has never lived here and so on and so on they say they will take our # off but then they keep calling after a few days.

What Can You Do to Assist in Our Investigation?

Most voicemail services only store messages for a few days or weeks. As a result, record the message in another place so that you have it. Save your phone bills which show when the call or text was received. Keep all evidence of the harassing calls or text messages.

Problem: Telemarketing Abuse

Consumers pay for calls and text messages received on their cell phones. More than ever, consumers are being harassed on their cell phones by telemarketers and businesses trying to sell goods or services. Unfortunately, these calls and text messages result in charges or a reduction in the consumers� available bank of minutes. As a result, these harassing calls and text messages cost money. Consumers feel powerless to stop unwanted calls from companies who do not have express permission to call them.

Why Are We Suing The Telemarketers?

These calls may be illegal. The federal government and many states have enacted laws to prevent consumers from being harassed by telemarketers on their cell phones. These laws allow consumers to pursue damages or penalties and seek an order stopping the calls and text messages to their cell phones.

This Is What We Hear:

�This number is about to drive me crazy!!! This is a pre-recorded message. Very annoying. It calls at all times of day and night and is wasting minutes on my cell phone.�

�Called me four times a day at work on my cell which I had there for emergency use only (wife pregnant)�

�I received a call from this number on my 30 cents per minute prepaid cell phone. I use it for emergencies only and only family members have the number so it would be interesting to hear how they got my number.�

�The XXXXX is entirely welcome to pay my cell phone bill if they think it�s cool to use up my minutes. Screw them, I�m tired of them calling. I don�t want to hear from them!!!!!�

Skyped this number - got an announcer "Thank you for calling Sprint...", so if Sprint says it's not them, it's probably one of their telespamming affiliates.

Just got off the phone with Sprint. They do not know who this # belongs to, and it doesn't show on their comp who it is. I'm in TX, they gave me the DNC in TX for cell phones (866-896-6225) or go to There is a $2.25 charge if you do it over the phone. Free if you do it online.

These jokers (cardholders services) have been calling me for several months now. No number or ID shows up on their incoming call. To this point I always just hung up or hit the take me off your the lest. A few days ago, feed up with the calls I hit 9 and was greeted with “are you ready for lower credit card rates”. When I said I want to talk to someone about getting you to stop calling me, I was hung up on instantly. I then checked out the net and found out it was a scam. I turned them in to the Louisiana attorney generals off and to the DNC, which I have been registered with since 05/03/2005. I also sent the info and some of the links from the net to a local TV and radio station in New Orleans near me.

Caller ID said W.P.I.

If you have already been registered on the DNC list @ Federal Trade Commision over 30 days, and feel the calling party is violating the FTC policy, file a complaint by going to ftc.gov
select the complaint option on the left menu. If the company you file on can not show they have a proper reason (no telemarketing), they get to pay a court around $5000 per offense.
This would not affect companies you have done business with in the last calender year.

You can place your cell phone number on the National Do Not Call list. Cell phone numbers are now fair game to tele-marketers

I'm from the UK and they're calling me! I've never answered as I'm generally at work when the calls come in.

Usually I get the caller ID "INTERNAT" which i assume means international... but today the number showed up, so I can assume it's always been them. Generally I get 1 or 2 calls daily from INTERNAT, and have done for about a year.

i put myself on the DNC list and the calls still keep on coming. it is amazing that SPRINT would do this to good customers. i have paid on time for 7 years...why do companies do this lowbrow shit?

Good news! I've found a way to fight back. I found the listing for the companies directors. Let's spam the crap out of them until they stop doing this. Tell them you will keep emailing them until your number is removed. Thats what I intend to do. I called their office and through some sneakiness got their email name format. So enjoy! I got a call on my cell phone from this number too! This is highly illegal and could result in some sort of class action lawsuit. I had to do a tollfree phone number search on this at phonesearchcentral.com to figure out which company this is. I really should forward the info to a lawyer, but as it stands right now I can't really afford one over this.

This phone number has called me every hour for the past week. The lady (Julia) when we called back gave us a bogus number to call with a complaint. They will not take us off the list even though we have called them back every time asking, then demanding they do.

I used to work for some people who run this company- they are crooks..they took our wages and left town...anything that has to do with Buzz Stitzer and John Skrownek... is never good.

the do-not-call list is especially made so that you won't receive any calls from any company with which you have no business relationship with. you are receiving these calls because you are sprint subscribers.

For those of you who have complained to the DNC and the FCC, please also submit a complaint to the Committee of Better Business Bureaus. The next day (today) I recieved a call from 866-463-3020 that was identical to the 888 issue we are all here for.

If enough people write to Jennifer.R.Walsh@sprint.com It will be taken care of on a more timely basis.

I "Googled" the number and found this website. I wish all customer service related issues had a website like this. Thanks to links provided here in other's comments, I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry (since my cell is registered) and with the FCC.

Luckily I never answered the call...I am forwarding the email to all of my fellow Sprint users.

Now if we could only get a website like this for complaints against Travelocity!

Telemarketing companies have to have your permission to call you. So it couldn't hurt to file a complaint with the FCC. They may not be able to do anything if the outsourced company is overseas, but they can harass Sprint.

I don't have anything to add. Sprint blocked my cell from recieving promotional advertising from them. But this has had no affect on an outsourced company. Sprint better get its act together.

I've been on a direct do-not-call list with Sprint and registered with the national do-not-call registry for well over a year yet still recieve calls like this one. Does the National D-N-C Registry actually do ANYTHING? Ever? Thats our .gov hard at work.

I just got my first call from this number last night, luckily I didn't hear my phone ring. No message was left. Unfortunetly for Sprint, my contract is up on the 1st of September - if I continue to get these calls, they can say bye bye to my business.

I too have been receiving these annoying calls. After logging on to my account at sprintpcs.com and trying to find somewhere that I could indicate my preference NOT TO RECEIVE promotional/telemarketing calls from Sprint/Nextel, I found nothing. I then looked through all the numbers and contact info on the Sprint pcs website for a phone number where I could actually speak to a live person to help me with this problem. Yippee skippee, I found an 800 number (or press *2 on your Sprint pcs phone). At first the representative was nice...until I told her that I wanted these calls to stop...and she said her supervisor told her that I have to call the 888 number and request they remove me from their calling list. She insisted that Sprint cannot block calls to my phone from this number and she further insisted there was no possibility of setting my "preference" to not receive promotional calls. She began running her mouth wildly, speaking over me, not listening to anything I was saying. What an asswipe this chick was. Oh no she di'int. Oh yes she did! So now I have to try to call these buttholes at the 888 number and see if I can reach anyone who speaks and/or understands english and tell them to stop calling me! You can be sure I am looking into changing to another cellular provider after tonite's experience. I've had phone service with Sprint PCS for over ten years and have never ever had to call them about anything. To be treated like that from some stupid mouthy CSR who probably won't be there more than 2 weeks anyway, is just wrong. Thanks for letting me vent.

They call about 1-2 times day. If I don't answer ~ which is often they either leave a message or say nothing. I usally call back BECAUSE IT WILL COST THEM when you return 888 numbers.

I just got a call from this number (23 Aug 2006, 12:11pm, No Name)on my Sprint cell phone her in San Antonio, TX (78232). I don't answer when I don't know who's calling, especially when they call on MY cell. Did a search online and found this database. Glad I did. Called it from a number at work where caller ID is uselss, and got a recording saying it was Sprint/Nextel, about exciting new offers for me. Uh huh. My next call is to Sprint.

The good news is apparently they will give up if you just ignore them. I haven't been bothered by them for over a week now.

They have called me twice so far on Saturday 8/19/06 and Monday 8/21/06 at 10:10 am. Calls come only on my Sprint cell phone.

Sprint sucks. I get daily calls from this number. No message and no one is there when I call back. Customer Service (LOL) says it'll take 1-2 months to fix it so this number can't call me.

I stupidly answered and no one spoke at first. Then someone finally said hello and then I hung up.

Have received ~50 calls from this number during the last month. Call Sprint (*2) just now and Donna said after 24 hours the calls will cease. Apparently Sprint provided this telemarketer with my SprintPCS number. What a pain! Ticks me off.

Easiest things to do is:

Number 1: Make sure you're on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.

Number 2: File a complaint with the FCC (fcc.gov)against E-Telecare Global Solutions. Make sure to reference all telephone numbers they may have called you from.

Number 3: Call Sprint and let them know you're getting the calls from this company and their various numbers and that you want them to either block the calls or you'll cancel your cell phone service.

Number 4: The most obvious...never answer calls from any number you don't recognize.

I have been getting repeated and often anonymous calls from sprint #888-760-2478, I know this is Sprint or its affiliates because one of the few times I actually spoke to a human the caller knew my billing address and the amount I pay per month for my phone service. I have been told by a Sprint supervisor that Sprint does not sell customer information. I have told them not to call and they continue, I have contacted sprint to complain and in a very uncaring domineer I was told there was nothing customer service could do and was told to contact another number. After contacting the other number and have been told that the number has been flagged and I would not receive any more calls yet again I have received another call from the same number. I spent 41 minuets waiting to get an explanation as to why Sprint was using harassing and illegal tactics on their own customers in order to sell more phones and services. My conclusion is sprint is too busy laying off its employees, and the ones who are left don�t care about their customers.
I have used many different carriers and Sprint has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My advice is to find another phone service

to block incoming cell calls do this: send text message.
in the TO: (type the number or email address you want blocked)

in the Message: type the letter b then a space then the number or text address you want blocked (example)

then send. your phone should you verification that you want to block. click yes. Number is now blocked.

this is creepy ive gotten a call from this number everyday for the past 4 days approx. at the same time of day. does anyone know who it is??? called on dates Aug. 8-11 so far under Name Unavailable.

I received the call around 1108am and when I answered the phone, there was silence. I said hello then nothing. I paused because I remember when I used to get calls from telemarketers in the past, you would have to say hello twice before the automated system would pick you up to talk to an operator. So I paused a minute or two and said hello again and there was still silence, so I then hung up.

They called me several times, and somehow they switched my sptint plan, I NEVER told them I wanted that switched. I saved the # as WTF, and will no longer awanser it. I am about to consider switching from Sprint as well. Contrack expires november...

My email got me a contact from E-telecare. Guy was very helpfull and discussed the situation with me. I was deleted from E-telecare's database, but also escalated to Sprint DNC list. He said give it a week and see if the calls stopped, if not, contact him back. I'll give it a go in good faith, he was very courteous and even gave me his cell# which I will not give out here, lol. I'll let you guys know how it works out.

I got the call on my cell a few times around 11:50 but never picked up. So one day I called back on a land line and it was a wierd sounding sprint automated message and then I was just left on hold for a while till I hung up.

I missed a call from this number this afternoon at 12:59. The caller left no message, however, I am on the DNC list, and have been since January 2006. This call has been reported as a violation. I'm glad I found this website.

I have had two calls from 888-760-2478. Both times the number has come up on my cell phone and I have not answered it. My cell phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. The first call was on 8/8/06 at 5:55 PM. They didn't leave a message. I have just received another call on 8/10/06 at 4:19 PM. I called back and got a Sprint message and was then placed on hold - after a minute and a half, I hung up.

They have been calling my cellphone basically every day for several months. I never pick up, as I don't recognize the number.

Good news! I've found a way to fight back. I found the listing for the companies directors. Let's spam the crap out of them until they stop doing this. Tell them you will keep emailing them until your number is removed. Thats what I intend to do. I called their office and through some sneakiness got their email name format. So enjoy! They have called me 6 times in the past month, somethimes twice in one day, on my cell and have not left a message!

I have been calling this number for the past 4 daily and everytime they just hung up on me.. If u call back there is a message which says "Thanks for contacting Sprint/Nextel" and then they transfer to a representative then it just goes dead.

I Called Sprint, said they will look into it and find the problem. I also indicated that they are in violation of the DNC which I will pursue.

This is my third call in two days. Haven't answered yet and don't plan on it. Also used to get calls from 866-463-3017.

Got a call from this number. When i said hello no one answered back. Next time the phone will not be answered.

it was a girl claiming to be from sprint saying that i'm a preferred customer and i am eligible for a free cell phone. then she said she had to go because she couldn't pull up my account on the computer and quickly got off the phone.

I have been getting called 2-4 times a day, for the past week. Same thing as others report--the phone rings a few times, then hangs up. No messages.

Just called Sprint, (and of course got disconnected several times by them in the process). I asked to have that "Direct Calling" disabled, and they said that for wireless phones, there's no such thing. Basically, I got switched from department to department and NOBODY can do ANYTHING about it. I am SO FRUSTRATED by this. Plus Sprint sucks in general, so I'm not terribly surprised they are totally incapable of fixing this problem. I asked them to open a case looking into the problem, but likely NOTHING will come of it. If anything does, I'll post again.

I recieved a call from this # for a week now caller ID says Unavailable and they claim to be with sprint/nextel. They offered me a free phone and a line which I replied no all 7 days. I called sprint customer care and they told me they are an affiliate contracted out to handle the promotions. So I asked to have it stoped and they sent me to tech support. Tech support disabled "Direct Calling" which is the right for sprint/affiliates to contact you. Tech Support said it would take up to 48 hours for these calls to stop we'll see.

Having gone to 3 Nextel/Sprint stores in Cali the other day to get a new phone, and unable to (One was out of phones, another store couldn't get a used one to activate because it was reported loss/stolen and another of their new phones was locked by some code so I left. They closed, then realized 10 minutes later they deactivated my phone so I couldn't even use it! The 3rd store I went to re-activated my phone, but didn't have the machine to transfer #'s from the old to new phone, so I left). Now with this out-of-country harassment, it seems like Nextel has hatched some nefarious scheme to get people to drop Sprint! :)

I live in the Boston area, been getting it for over a week now. Called twice today already. First time they called they claimed to be Spring with an urgent message for me, but I never called back.

Only the phone number showed up on my phone and when I answered it was a fax machine or at least the high pitch tone of a fax machine.

Just adding myself to the list. I have experienced the same NUISANCE. They call anytime of day as early as 9am until 9pm --- but I am used to it now. I switched the ring tone to match that of the mother-in-law. I disregard the damn calls anyway! It works!

If your phone can assign ringtones it is truly helpful. I kept the number and assigned it to slient. So at least you won't be bothered when it rings.

If your phone can assign a specific ring to a specific number, you can assign a silent ring to this number. When they called this morning, I didn't hear it all. It did show up as a missed call. At least this way they don't disturb you. On my RAZR V3 the number to "block" should be saved to the phone and not the SIM!

It is not sprint/nextel.2months ago a lady scammed my husband by saying that he will get 2 months free service cuz nextel is aware of the bad connections, she got my husband to tell her the billing address and the primary acct holder name. the next day $3000.00 worth of fraud was on our acct and they bought cell phones on our acct and shipped them to Chicago to a fraud po box. A lady and a south african sounding man. He called my home number the other day and was trying to get me to change my acct to some freebies I said no and he insisted on trying to get my nextel password, w/o me even accepting the offer 5 times he asked. I told him I was calling nextel to confirm and he actually gave me the nextel cust care number. Just b/c they can give you some info, nextel has told me they never call and ask for any info and if a deal sounds real good hang up on caller and call nextel to confirm deal(like i have) and you will know this is a total scam they are phishing for our info. somehow they have gotten our numbers and they are calling to get more info. They called again today but I didnt answer. I have called the MO attorney general and since it's not a company calling they cant' do anything. Sprint swears that only their telesales dept calls on cell phones and they will call about adding a phone line, they do not give minutes away, or phones or service. NOTHING IS FREE!!!! It's a cell company. I have to admit these people sound very legit....be careful and when in doubt HANG UP and CALL sprint/Nextel immediately.

Got this call today. Was immediately suspicious with "Jane Miller's" broken English and lack of information about my cell phone plan with Sprint. I agree with the last post that there is probably a connection to the Sprint stores...about a year ago I got a personal note from the Sprint store salesperson offering me the same deal - a free second phone line. Anyway, I reported it to Sprint customer service and they were able to install a telemarketing number blocker. Something I would recommend for everyone here! Let's see if it helps.

I went into a Sprint store yesterday to exchange a defective part. They asked for my cell phone number and I gave it to them. The 888-760-2478 started calling me today. One they got my voicemail, the second time I picked it up and they hung up. If this isn't Sprint - this is someone who has access to Sprints computers.

I got a call from them today. Tried to offer me a free phone and 200 anytime minutes and wanted to verify my phone number and account information. I stopped after they got my phone number wrong and realized it was probably a scam. Then I said I wasn't interested and was happy with my phone and plan. I've sent an email to Sprint Customer Support for them to verify this 888 number as theirs. I think I might have another reason to end my contract with Sprint prematurely and go find a better phone company.

Claimed to be from Sprint Nextel but clearly not. They told me they were mailing me a free phone and extra line that would be included in my existing account as reward for always paying on time and being with Sprint for so long. Also asked what I was paying and how many minutes I had and tried to up those minutes "for free". When I told them I didn't need another line and didn't want my service charges to change at all she told me it would be useful to have another phone for a family member or in case my battery died. Avoided the question when I asked why she didn't know my account details if she was from Sprint/Nextel. After I'd hung up I phoned the number back and the recording claims to be Sprint offering promotions to customers. Obviously not! Thanks scammers.

Call came in on my cell phone. The phone rang once, but no one was there when I answered.

I have received this call a few times on my direct line where I work. I don't answer because the caller ID at work doesn't indicate who the caller is. They never leave a message.

This number keeps leaving messages on my cell phone. Oddly, it also interrupted me the process of editing a phone number. That's not how it usually works. Sounds like something only Sprint could do. Some dates: 7/19, 7/22, 7/25. There is no actual message to listen to. I have no contract, and I'll change to another cell phone service if this keep up.

I called the number back once and received a person who said they wanted to talk to me about Sprint promotions. I said no thanks, they tried to keep me on the line, I hung up.

i believe they are taking all our numbers provided by sprint(thanks sprint)and feeding them into a autodialer. if a telemarketer is available then you get a person. if they are all busy getting chewed out by us, then you get the dead air or a long wait till someone speaks.

Sorry folks, Sprint has every right to call you. They can also share your phone number with anyone they want�that�s in your contract. The Do Not Call registry is not applicable in these situations because you�re in a business relationship with Sprint. You could switch to another carrier but most of you are under contract and would incur an ETF (early termination fee) of $175. I would call their customer service every time a call came in. This makes it very unprofitable for Sprint to solicit you. I would also never answer a call I didn�t recognize

Called me for the past month. Sometimes 2x a day, sometimes 2x a week. I answered once and he sounded more like taking survey of how I feel about their CS. It was a very bad connection so I told him to try again at another time. Spoke with someone at *2 and they said I won't be chaged for airtime. Not sure if that's true or not since bills don't show numbers of incoming calls.

I guess all we can do is not answer. Oh, and everyone who has posted a message and is still with sprint should change carriers or the calls will never stop. Sprint can only give out your number for 16 months after the day you terminate your contract. And file a complaint with the FCC; if they receive enough complaints they will do something about it.

This happened to me a while back and they wanted to send me a "free phone". I told the guy to send me the information via mail and he refused. Since then I have not answered any of the calls from that number.

This number has been popping up on my Tmobile phone at least once a day and they never leave a message. It make sense after coming to this site. I had Sprint until they caused me so many problems and sent unexplained bills. I had my number ported to Tmobile and Sprint told us we would never hear from them again. What is going on?!

I contacted this company. They are indeed a 3rd party. The Lady that I spoke to told me that they are sprint. That they were a call center. So I said, so your company is Sprint Directly? She said, yes, we represent Sprint. I said, so Sprint
Pays you/your paycheck? Then the lady still gave me a hard time, I asked her why it's so difficult to answer the question. Then I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was actually very nice to talk to. I asked him the same questions about who they were. I told him that I know all of these big companies don't usually do a lot of their own promotional work, that they usually outsource it to another company. He conceeded to me that it was true. So I asked him that the information that I wanted to know. He told me that they were "eTelecare global solutions" and they were based out the philipines.

I used to be a CSR for Nextel, before the merger with Sprint, and the same thing used to happen to some of our clients. Different number, but clients would call me and ask what was up. I had no idea, so I finally asked my supervisor, who asked the production manager, who asked the production supervisor, who asked ...on and on up the line. Nobody ever found out why our INBOUND ONLY sales line number was showing up on caller ID as an OUTBOUND call -- that number was incapable of outbound calls. It seems to be a ghost in the system.

I answered and it is a promotion for Sprint/Nextel customers. They are trying to get you to add a new phone to your account. If you say "no", they keep calling you once a day and all week long. Even if you tell them to stop calling (to no surprise),they keep on feakin' calling. I almost told them to send me the damn phone so I can send it back to where the sun don't shine!!

I did what the sprint rep said and filed a complaint with the fcc since I am on the do not call list. A couple weeks after that they have stopped (I hope they dont start again after saying this). Now they are calling my second line. My fiancee answered and said there was no one there. It is really pissing me off. I will have to file another fcc complaint.

3rd time they called, I was finally able to answer it today, and nobody was there. I put it on speaker and yelled for a response, but nothing. 1:47 later, they hang up.

They've been calling me about once a day for the past week and a couple times last week. So I called it back today and got a guy and told him to take me off their calling list and then I told him there was no way this was sprint, because why would they be trying to sell me something if I'm already with them? And he's like oh well... we're just trying to inform you of our offers. I repeated for him to take me off the list again and was about to give him a piece of my mind when he hung up on me. So I called the real Sprint and told the guy I talked to and he had never heard of it. So I gave him the number and told him to call it and see what I was talking about. I want them to call me again, cause them time I'll really get angry.

They've called me at least 3 times this week, on my cell phone. No message was ever left. I did a Google search on the number, which brought me here.

I tried the *98 thing but that gave me a recording, some sort of error, and probably did not end up blocking the number.

The number 888-760-2478 is definitely Sprint Nextel (outsourced promos) in AZ. Had same experiences as many others. Called back, ske to aa super, registered a complaint, told her to fix their system and mentioned this site. (BTW, the service code *98 only works in certain markets.)

I received a call today from this number on my cell phone. If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. If they don't leave a VM, I look up the number on the internet. That's how I found this site.

If they aren't in my Phone Book, I don't answer. Sprint or anyone else is wasting their time on me.

Got a call a few days ago - decided to let in ring. Made the mistake of picking it up yesterday. Sounded like mulitple people with strong accent - Oriental, vietnamese?

I called this number after recieving a call from it. I spoke with a man and then asked to be transferred to his supervisor. At this point, I asked the supervisor, a woman named Jenny, for a direct dial phone number where I could contact her and she claimed they don't have it. They also told me they are locatred in Scottsdale, AZ.

Got a call today - Have been calling regularly, didn't leave a message!

I found this website after receiving calls from this number. I tried the *98 thing today and it seemed to make an odd tone but nothing so that i could tell if they were blocked. NOt sure if you need to hit Talk after doing it or not because then you just have to hang up. Also, obviously if you have flip phone you have to set you phone to be answered by hitting talk and not just opening it. I'll let you know if I reciev another call from this number tomorrow morning.

They been calling at least twice a day for more than two weeks. They don't leave message and when I answered, they hung up. I think it started when "Sprint" called for some kinda promotion/survey, which I hung up in the middle of the conversation.

I have been receiving calls at all times of the day probably about every day for 1-2 weeks now, which has grown increasingly inconvenient. It's gotten to be ridiculous.

I get 2-3 calls from this number every week. I usually do not answer but today I picked up and hung up right away hoping they will get a clue.

Multiple calls, all claming to be sprint. I called sprint, they were typical CSR's - clueless and unmotivated to listen. Looks like I should switch to an MVNO that gives a rats ass.

I'm in the Raleigh, NC area and they just called me as well. The number 888-760-2478 popped up on my display. I assumed it was a wrong number but answered anyway. Nobody answered despite me saying *hello* several times. When I called the number back it was a voice recording from Sprint/Nextel saying they *contacted today to discuss some great promotions....*
I hung up. And I won't answer the call again.

They've called me once a day for four days. If they call again I'm going to answer and tell them that I will find them and eat their children.

got a call from these jerks today, they use to call alot every day, then i got someone and yelled at them to take me off their list, it stopped for awhile, then i got another call today and they didnt answer when i picked up, its a scam where they want you to call back, so they know your number is good.

This showed as missed call. When I called back, it was Sprint/Nextel wanted to sell something. I hung up before it transferred me to a person. Sounded legit.

I've been getting these daily also. I answered for the first time today, but no one spoke to me. It was just silence for a good minute before I finally hung up. I called back and got the Sprint message which sounds phony to me.

Scammers who claim to be sprint

I spoke to Sprint, they said to push *98 and then talk when the phone rings with that number to block them from calling....hope that helps

Claimed to be Sprint. I've opened up a request with Sprint Customer Service to prevent these fradulent calls. Please notify Sprint Customer Care of your similar issues.

They call once or twice DAILY but don't leave a message - I've just filed a complaint with the registry about these mouth-breathing jerks.

This number has called my cell three times now. The only day they didn't this week was on the 4th. I have not answered my phone because I have been at work when they have called.

I answered once and they hung up on me. After that, I refused to answer and they've called me almost daily since. (They took a day off for the Fourth of July) MAKE IT STOP!!

These guys claim to be Sprint/Nextel but they're not. I keep getting them, too.

They say it is Sprint when I call them. Although, when I emailed them to put a block on my cell account they deny that it is them.
