When we tried to track this down over a year ago, the name found associated was an Adam Pasternack. There was a court case filed in Arizona. It seemed unrelated to some of these other numbers and contacts. Really hard to sift through all the players, but they do seem to be on the consumer protection radar screen.
Bob is right, Andrew Beyer is involved in multiple Pump and Dump penny stock scams, Javelin Advisory Group, Steven Peacock,Andrew Beyer/Gemini Financial are all one in the same, Gemini and Andrew Beyer share the EXACT same phone number and office space as Javelin Advisory Group, currently these clowns are pumping AVEW, AERP, CLXM and GGII.......all use the SAME filing agent Trisha Bollman who is a Javelin employee, All use the same GAGGED Transfer Agent which is Transfer online and all of these stocks have MASSIVE dilution and some of them have reverse split multiple times, Nascar is Suing Aero for non payment and I think has 3 other lawsuits pending.....report these clowns to everyone and anyone you can.......they are misleading the investing public with their pump and dump scams and they have been doing it for years.

I've found the best way to get off a FAX list when you can't reach the marketing company sending the info is to call the company being advertised and let them know the company they're paying is "in violation of the Federal Do Not Call List." They tend to panic and hang up on you, but the FAX'ing stops.
they are under phonepeople.com see lloydleighton.com/junkfaxes/junkfaxes.htm
This guy Andrew Beyer is a scam artist coward. You should see the stock scams this guy is involved in.
Go to Junkfax.org there is alot of helpful information there also call Protus IP Solutions 1-800-733-0000 press 4 we use to get several junk faxes per day at our office now were down to 1-3 per month if that. Good Luck
little tips - try the following
1-if your fax machine can answer calls at 4 or 6 rings instead - make the change - it can help
2-your fax machine may have a "rejecting unsolicited fax messages" it only allow fax programmed in your machine to come in
3-your phone company may be able to block off all 1-800 numbers
Good Luck !!
I have just spoken to "Phone busters" - 1-888-495-8501 - they have informed me that not much can be done if the scam is being faxed over the internet - it's a problem since people don't have to use their real information - and they cannot be tracked down - this is from Canada - he has also indicated that from the states they may have different possibilities of doing things - try contacting a service through your police.
These people continue to fax after I have used their fax removal number.
We have been recieving these faxes from hot spots for awhile now as well. I just called 800-918-2902 and entered my fax number to be removed. So we will wait and see if it works.
Received "Hot Stocks" fax from Cyber Communications. Removal number is 800-918-2902. Over the past few months, have received dozens of faxes. Now striking back. Call their removal number until you get a "all circuits are busy. Please hang up and try again message". But don't hang up. Just lay the phone down for a few hours and let them rack up a huge phone bill. If you have multiple lines, stay connected for a few days.
This is Bulls*** I cant understand why no one will hunt these bastards down. LAME
Rec fax from Hot Stocks on the street..remove line 800-910-2902 is alway busy
I have received a number of these faxes myself. I've tried entering my number on their removal line, but to no avail.
I'm guessing that they probably use their removal line as a means of confirming and collecting new numbers to spam, so I did the following:
1) I entered their own number, so they waste money calling themselves.
2) I entered the number to my local police department.
3) I entered 911-911-9111. They'll be in big trouble when they call that one. :D
I suggest everyone call their removal line (1-800-910-3972) and enter the number of every government agency and government official you can think of. When enough of these agencies start getting these calls, something will surely be done about it.
My most recent faxes show a removal number of 800-910-3972. I am able to connect and go through the removal process, but keep getting the same faxes every few days.
My faxes are in regard to a stock called Terra Nostra (TNRO). tnr-corp.com. If others are receiving faxes for the same company, why not write, call and/or fax the company and tell them that whatever agency they are using to promote themselves are doing so with these annoying faxes. If what Mark said is true about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act maybe a few threats to the company concerning money, will halt these time, ink and paper consuming messages
I called Cyber Communications Services, Ltd. fax removal number as well as the 888 number above several times over 10 days and did not even hear their phone ring; just slience. Apparently a deceitful company managed by deceitful people.
Unsolicited faxes are a violation of the 1991 Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The Act provides liquidated (i.e., automatically set) damages of $500 for each violation, if committed unintentionally, and $1,500 if intentional. The disclaimer on the fax I received re being removed from the fax list does not comport with the 1991 Act. If we can find these guys, they are subject to being sued. However, I suspect they are offshore.
I'm on the Do Not Call List but keep getting these faxes from Hot Stocks and now New Titans of Tech. I've called and tried to removed my number so many times but still keep getting the faxes. Today when I received the
phone number is busy to remove my number for the 50th time. I had a whole ink cartridge in my fax machine used up strictly from all the faxes I received from these people. The always send these faxes in the middle of the night. I'm sick of it and can't believe nothing can be done about this. When I called the Do Not Call people to complain, of course they can't do anything because there are no numbers listed for them to contact anyone. I would think with all the people complaining someone would try and find out where these people are calling from.
I work for a company called Cyber Communications Services, INC, NOT LTD, and people are calling my company thinking it's us sending the faxes, but it's not us! I got a phone number of 214-461-3500 his name is Tom Collins, and apparently he "represents" this "Argenta Systems, Inc." (I guess their name is on the top of all these faxes) I guess it's a Chinese company. Tom said he is aware of the problem and sounded very frustrated with it.
Again, I myself am not receiving these faxes, but people are calling us thinking we are sending them!
RECEIVED FAX FROM NEW TITANS OF TECH DISTRIBUTED BY CYBER COMMUNICATIONS OF COURSE. THE NUMBER I CALLED TO REMOVE OUR FAX NUMBER NEVER RANG THROUGH. SLIPPERY
I received a fax that matches the description in your comments and the fax removal number (800) 918-2902 is constantly busy. I searched the business listings with the California Secratary of State for Cyber Communications Services and Gemini Market News. Neither were fruitful. The closest name match with what appears to be similar services was:
Gemini Fanancial Communications, Inc.
Agent:
Andrea T. Beyer
5774 Allendale Drive
Riverside CA 92507
Further search located a telephone (951) 587-8072 and website geminicommunications.us
Further search indicated that the web site is registered to Andrew Beyer.
Without further information, I cannot verify that this is the correct contact information for this fax.
I suspect that all information contained in the fax is bogus.
Faxes keep coming to my company. The "Remove" number is always busy.
I received a fax from "Hot Stocks on the Street", Cyber Communications Services Ltd. It is an obvious pump and dump penny stock scam. The fax removal number is constantly busy.
The fax # L. provided for Gemini looks to be for a napkin company, not Gemini Market News - from googling the #.
I called the company that the fax advertised its stock. I found out that this fax "service" is owend by Gemini Market News, inc.
Thier Fax number is 908-241-2816.
This is a fax service which sends Fax adverstizing for "Hot Stocks On The Street" distributed by Cyber Communications Services Ltd. (Cyber).
The number to call to be taken off the list may be bogus, as I can't reach it.
If anyone has more info on how to get off this fax list, it would be nice to hear from you.
I called this number back to get have them not send anymore faxes, but a recording said I had dialed the wrong number
