Started with message about lowering credit card fees. I hit button to get live person and complained about do not call list. Said they would remove?
This number calls all day and night long. They act like they are leaving a message but nothing is left. If you answer they hang up. I did try the what someone told me on another website. After they call hang to wait about 6 seconds and push *57 and it will say last call traced please call your local lae enforcement.

has a law againt this practice..I want it to stop. you can't call back
as it says not aloud to call back.
i solved it i think! call 619-260-1626 and leave a message for heather.when she calls back tell her your problem and she will find out who is calling your number and will put you on a do not call list.
this is the University Prep Center and they are selling sat prep test.
Didn't answer and no message was left... I have received calls from the same number several times before and didn't answer.... thought the number was very odd.... I will not answer it but still.... would block it if I could....

the phone rings for about 5 minutes and when you pick up no one answers this happens everyday-sometimes i get calls at 11pm!!
This call is coming from Univ. Prep Center in El Cajon, California. Had a tracer put on it. This place is also using 619-729-2247 (cell call) and 619-260-1626 (cell call).
