Never answer and never leave a message. Calls from noon till 8pm, 3 or 4 times a day

Called repeatedly and persistenly in one day. Company is "Atelka" an out-sourced call centre for Bell Canada who does satisfaction surveys for them. Due to this abusive behaviour (9 calls in 4 hours), I called Bell and reported their provider for abuse. The results of the complaint are still pending however it was taken seriously.

They call many times throughout the day, but I never answered the phone. I just want them to stop. It's annoying.

They call constantly...when I pick up there is either dead air or music playing...have not heard a live person yet, and they leave no voice mail. It is aggravating to get these calls all the time.

They use predictive dialing.

I got tired of seeing them call upwards of 5 times/day. Finally answered and had to hang up because the line connection/interference was so bad I couldn't understand the caller. Pretty ironic if it was a Bell call centre !

Half the reports you read say it's a scam; the other half say that it is a Bell call center...
Who do you believe??

Apparently they don't like voicemail. Lots of reports on the web about these guys being scammers, asking for your credit card for a bogus reason.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
