How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.

"Advanced Callback Technologies"
They claim to be a company called "ACT" and that's all they say when answering the phone. I googled them with no success.
Calling for a distant relative at least 15 times (not related by blood and never lived at my home) of mine who is ill and in nursing home for six years. They won't tell me the slightest information: name of company, reason for calling - nothing. Today they admitted they were with "ACC" I warned them today that I am on the do not call list and will report them and their phone number to FTC. If they call back, I will return with the outcome.
They harass me over 20 times a day! But won't say who they are and never leave messages.
