Called and left no message, just like y'all said. I was busy, couldn't answer and just hit "ignore." Since I already get a company discount, I doubt that they will give me anything else. But if ever I get a live body, maybe I'll ask. I just upgraded my phone about six months ago, too.

Sprint/Nextel automated-dialer...It is Customer Service looking to upgrade/change your 'plan'. Go ahead and answer. Ask for a discount on your current rate, you'll get it if you've been with them over (5) years. Also, if you're having a problem with Sprint?...They called you. You don't have to wait 20-30 minutes on "Hold". So , answer the phone! I knocked $6 a month off my bill, just by asking for a discount. (But, if you haven't paid your bill?...that's why they're calling.)

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker:
