I have recv'd way to many calls from this number. I have asked them not to call me anymore and now they are calling every day. Stop calling.

Called the number and it is SEARS. Spoke with a representative who stated it was a problem transferring a call. I get a call from this number about four times a week and it always hangs up when I answer!

I did a *69 and got this number, it is positively sears, I got redirected to another call center for them and the woman explained that the call came out of Ohio and the system was having issues with transferring the call to an agent. She apologized and I asked to be removed from their database. She said to give 48 hrs for the request to be completed.

some homeowners service...i called them back and told them to remove my name from their list immediately.

Obivously Sears is using a KMart blue light special robocaller. This is why I dropped Sears and Kmart from my list of stores with which I do business. The sooner these go out of business the better.

Every day at least once...leaves no message. If it's Sears they are beyond stupid because this is a condo.

Who cares about comcast? They have crappy service and they are listed here on this website as having several telemarketing numbers. And if you have it for your phone service, when your cable's out, your phone's out too. bleh. And I have at&t and I have call screening and you wanna know something? the telemarketers still call your house cause they have access to so many numbers they just switch it around every now and again to still get through your call screening. Best way to avoid this stuff? Don't give out your phone number on internet applications for anything. And don't give it to people who tell you that you've won something, or the people who attack you from kiosks in the mall. There. Problem solved.

They call all the time. Caller ID used to say "unknown" or something like that but now the last couple of times they've called it says SEARS. We let it go straight to the answering machine and they never leave a message.

They keep calling me, sometimes once a day for at least two weeks, so I finally called them back. When they answered, I remember hearing them say some dumb, unfunny joke which I said that I would contact the Federal Trade Commission if they kept calling, the man on the other end snapped out of it and said that he would take me off their calling list but I called the FTC annyway :p The FTC got the number and told me that I might also want to contact my Attorney general too.

9:30 Saturday morning, long enough to wake everyone, no message.

They call in "rounds". This round consisted of 3 calls in 5 days, which I did not answer. This round, they did not leave a message, but in the past there has been an automated one. I called the number to tell them that this was the THIRD time I am asking to permanently be removed from their call list, and the freak that answered would barely let me get a syllable out as she was reading a script to sell me some crap from Sears Home Improvement.

I told her that I will report her to the FTC via online form at ftc.gov if they call me again. She argued with me about whether or not their calling lists override the FTC's do not call, etc., so I just hung up. GRRRRRR!!

They call every day--but I found these messages so now will know not to answer the phone.

I called this number back and talked to a woman named Trelas, she said she was in the Orlando Fl area and worked for Sears Home Services which offers free in home consultations for siding, windows, etc.

I have a new number. They call every day. I called back and asked that they remove me from their calling list. Claim it will take 45 days. Told them if they called again, I would notify the FTC.

Calls Everyday and hangs up

Received a call at my work at 9:42am today from these people. No message left. I am not a homeowner, nor do I have responsibility for maintenance at my work. Dumbasses just cold-call without verifying the number they are calling.

I returned the call and spoke to a representative from the company. After unsuccessfully attempting to sell me their product, I asked why they hang up after answering. It's an automated system and no operators were available. I asked to be removed from their calling list and she removed me. You might want to try this if you're tired of the calls.

Some one call from 877-467-3277 more than 5 time last week, today i got call at 2:32 am in morning. I had to Polic Station to report this phone number. Now see what going happen, who is going to wakeup in early mornig,,, me ,,your or they ???Please do same if you get this call.

Every day, sometimes as many as 5 times a day the phone rings and this number shows up on our caller ID.
When I answer, no one is there. When I called the number, no one answers or there is a recording. It is very annoying and there should be some way to stop the harrassment.

I asked the woman if the call was a telemarketing call and she wouldn't say. I asked her again and she wouldn't say. Just said the call was from Sears and they would be in my area soon. I told her to put me on their no call list and if I received a call from them again I would contact their attorney-general.

returned call. sears home improvements products. agent answered and I asked to be placed on do not call list and the agent seemed to be rushed and asked for my number and said I would be on the do not call list within 30 days.
MY QUESTION TO OUR LOVELY GOVERNMENT IS: if their going to have citizens put their numbers on national do not call list, and these bastards call anyway, what is the point? Can someone help me... oh wait, that's right! Our government... the poor things can't make a do not call list work correctly but we're suppose to believe the country is hitting on all 8?

Calls often and never leaves a message. This time I caught the call and nobody said anything but I could swear I heard background noises so they're just sitting there saying nothing.
So it's Sears? I've not had a thing to do with them in years. I did drive by one this morning. These days it seems it's all it takes! lol

They are a telemarketing organization. Selling products for Sears. I got tired of the calls, so I hooked up my fax line and set it for auto redail. I am so glad that I tied up their telephone for an entire day with that hidious ring. I have VONAGE, so I just blocked the call. It jst rings and rings and rings on their end.

Called and I had to say hello several times and then it was Sears offering me an estimate.

I got a call from them on 2/25/2008 at 2:53 PM. They didn't leave a message on my answering machine. From what I've read on similiar sites, if you talk to them they call even more. So don't pick up or call them back. Of course you could turn the tables on them and prank them(like Tom Mabe!). Then, maybe they won't call you anymore!

They have called several times. EVERY DAY except Sunday. Sometimes 3 times a day, on weekends and after 6pm at night. THAT'S HARASSMENT.

They called again today - 12/17/07. Sears Home Improvement Products. They know my street name, and said that they are calling everyone on my street area. They are out in the next two weeks to give free estimates. I suppose they want to schedule a time to come to my house. Why do they do this when most people are not in the market for windows, siding, etc? If people are, they seek the vendors. I told them I couldn't do business with them when I was in the market for windows b/c they refused to give info without scheduling my time and making me have a sales pitch. These people call periodically forever, over months and years. There is no peace from them, and no way I'd patronize anyone who would do this sort of business. At least they do not call every day for months and years like the car warranty scammers. Maybe if no one buys from them, they will go out of business.

This number calls periodically over a period of many months or maybe over a year or more. It is tiring. I never answer, but when I call the number it is Sears Home Improvement Products. This alone would make me not use or price their products. However, after an especially unpleasant interaction with them, these phone calls reinforce that sentiment to where I have a very negative perception of them. When pricing windows for a new addition, I called them for pricing. All other businesses were very helpful, but Sears REFUSED to give me ANY information and insisted that I schedule a visit to my home from one or their "salesmen". I would never agree to such poor, horrid business practices, and can't STAND sales pitches (nauseating). I will probably never even consider using Sears or even requesting info from them, especially after all these phone calls. The phone calls alone will ensure I won't use their products. I do wish the calls would stop but I think they will go on for years.

I'm the Jennifer from the 24th. In spite of the fact that I've asked them to stop calling, they have called three more times in 2 days!! What a pain!

I answered. Caller said she was from "Sears Home Warranty". "How are you?" she said. I said, "not good, I'm in the canyon area of Orange County and we are about to evacuate from the fires."....LUCKILY, the woman was nice enough to apologize profusely and hang up.

I work for sears making these calls. If you want them to end, just tell the person calling to put you on the do not call list, and then if they ask you to confirm your number, just tell them your number. The dialer is buggy, and sometimes a "misdial" happens. Saying "don't call me again" doesn't work... you have to actually say "take me off your list." And don't be mean about it... that's sure to get you another call back.

Also, we're not actually selling anything, so the normal telemarketing laws don't apply to us.

Also, remember that even if you're on do not call lists, we're still able to call you if you've been a customer of Sears. We can also call you if we purchased your number. Your telephone company, credit card company, and other utility companies can and do sell their customer's phone numbers.... that's the main way we get the numbers.

I know the calls are irritating, but keep in mind that you are talking to a real person that probably hates their job. Being rude will only initiate rudeness on our part. So just be polite, ask to be taken off the list, and you'll get no more calls.

I have been being annoyed by this number as well, so I went to the Do Not Call Registry to see what their exact terms were, this is what I found.
Even if your number is registered, companies with which you do business may continue to call you. So may charities, political organizations, and telephone surveyors.
Nice to know (I am being sarcastic), we registered with the do not call registry and they all found a way around it, surveryors, anything polictial, and if we do / did any kind of business with the company in question. What is the point in the do not call list then? Grrrr. Guess that will give me free roam to tell all these creeps what I think of their harassing phone calls, day after day!

they have called 3 times a day for the past ten days with no one there. i have looked up the number and have been told its sear repair center. Maybe they should repair their phone.

I just called the number back, it was Sears home improvement, actually talked to someone, told them this number calls me and then hangs up. She didn't know what to say, I think its a bug in their automatic dialing software.....

This number has called several times. We recently purchased a new Kenmore brad refrigerator from the local Sears store. We must have then been put on their telemarketing list for their SEARS HOME IMPROVEMENT service. They can LEGALLY do this because we did business with them. I called them back and told them to put us on their internal "DO NOT CALL LIST." The female operator said that it would take three days for their system to update and remove our telephone number.

I had a lot of calls from this number also. if you call them back and tell them that they are required by law to remove you number once ask to they should tell them you will file a lawsuit if not. i promise they will not be bothering you again.

Recorded message about a car warranty. Regular caller that I typically ignore but was curious about. One to ignore permanently.

Yep guys it's Sears Home Improvement. I just gave the number a call and it is they who answered.

I answered and they said hello twice and I could hear the other telemarketers in the background.

switched to comcast had verizon, previously was unpulbished and private number, requested same services from comcast, kept same number even yet suddenly this is one of many new junk calls we are getting, comcast must be selling the numbers or something very annoying.

We've been getting a call from this # almost every day now. I caught it today and it's "Sears Home Improvements". They're using an outbound dialer that has so much delay it takes at least several seconds for an agent to be brought on-line once the call is connected. I used to like Sears.

We have been getting hangups from this number for a long time and I just read some reports and called the number from a different phone and got to a supervisor for Sears home improvement. Told him to get me off the call list and that he just lost 3 credit accounts for Sears.
