How do I stop them from calling?

Called again today. I sent them a certified dispute letter, telling them to prove the debt and to stop calling.
Said West Asset Management and claimed it was about debt collection. When called back, got put on hold, then disconnected.
Some sort of a Debt Collection Agency, the name was said so fast it was garbled.
