How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

they call every morning at 6am it is A computer generated voice asking us to call
them back. no one actually on the line
These people call me every day, several times, trying to collect a debt. You can't get blood from a turnip! They don't leave any voice message.
They continue to call regularly. Something to do with a collections against someone that does not live at this number (a number which we have had for years). At one point we actually answered and tried to tell them there was nobody here by that name...yet they continue to call on a regular basis and we continue to look at the ID, ignore it and laugh at their stupidity...just knowing that rather than believe us when we say they have the wrong number, we enjoy the thought that they are wasting SO MUCH company time and resource continuing these calls. Gotta love that caller ID technology!!
They called and left a VM asking to return the call that it was an important business matter. Did not say who they were calling for or what it was regarding. If it was who I think it was, I received a call from them before and talked to an Ahole.. who was rude and hung up on me. That was a first.
The left a message on my Voice Message, stating they were First Revenue Assurance, firstrevenue.com looking for a James Purcell, to please call back at 877-407-4764. Who ever this person is, I do not know them. Makes me wonder if this person gave a false phone number, with who ever he owes this debt to.
I noticed on their website, they also use this number 888-283-7459 for people to call about disputes.
They're gonna do an "investigation" to find my son's current address,phone #,etc.The caller was a snotty bitch.Would not say WHY she was calling.
