Bay area credit - called at 10:45am - stated they was collecting on a account and if I did not take action to pay they would take me to court -- account is over years old now -- told them statue of limitations had expired and hung up on them. lady was really rude
They called trying to collect a debt from June 1997 (first time they called), second time they called said it was from 1998, told them that was interesting being I didn't live in that state in 1998. They have refused to send me any verification of the debt saying the last four of my social are enough. Informed them the Statute of Limitations has expired on this debt and they asked if I was wanting them to sue me... lol IDIOTS!!!!
