How do I stop them from calling?

Automated call came in at 1:09 a.m. - supposedly last chance to reduce my credit card interest. I am registered on do not call list. I filed a complaint with them. I also researched Desjardins and they are based in Canada - they have a 1-800 number which I called and was told to give my name which I would not. She was nice but insisted they did not call. So someone is using their name or she's lying.
