I asked Chase directly and they said its NOT CHASE, DO NOT ANSWER THEM, DO NOT CALL THEM, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION
Chase Bank. This is (also) the number that calls you with a security code if you want to sign in to their site and you don't have your computer "remembered" with them.
This is DEFINITELY a phishing operation. I emailed Chase through my secure online connection and they emphatically stated that the 866-355-3744 is NOT a Chase number and they promised to look into it. DO NOT, call this number as nothing good can possibly come from this, except giving someone the information they might need to access your account.
Looks like this is a service of TeleSign (.com) I got a string of missed calls from TeleSign's system from some Chase user has our number incorrectly listed on their account. The string off calls were missed and went to vmail while nobody was around to answer, and TeleSign's system called repeatedly until it gave up. So if you are listening TeleSign, please limit the number of times your system tries to call. I called 866-355-3744, and they end up confirming they will scrub my phone number of the user's account.

This is an automated call from Chase Bank calling with an Activation Code which you'll need to progress through the Online payments and transfers.
This was for the code I asked for to set up on line accounts
I never answer them, but it makes sense that it is Chase because one of my mortgage loans is through Chase.
It's Chase telling us an authentication code when the computer you are using is not recognized for online banking.

It was CHASE bank. They were alerting me of a high Transaction on my account! Yeah!
Chase BP collections. They want the cash and will call you all day long every single day from 8am to 9pm. I gave them their own special ring tone and just hit the ignore button. I can't pay any of my bills so I just ignore them all.
