How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

A voice message machine left a pre-recorded message asking that I call this number that they were a dept collector. They didn't give me the name of the person they were looking for and I thought that they called them selves collection agencies, not debt collectors.
All day, every day. I think this is a collection agency for Sprint. I don't have an acccount.
These people call and call and call. Today I looked up West Asset Managment's number and called them to tell them to stop. They instead turned it into an issue with ME, saying I was yelling. I wasn't. The woman hung up on me. I called back and she continue to say I was yelling. I wasn't. I told her I have reported them to the do not call registry and have notified their attorney general. She asked me if David Vincent is here. I do not know David Vincent, which I told her. She said they would remove me from their call list. She better because now I have documented proof I called them in my phone records and I will sue their butts if they continue to call me.
These people call me every day. I never answer. I am on the DO Not Call list, but they don't pay any attention to the list apparently. I've filed complaints. I've also notified the Arkansas attorney general. There need to be laws against this kind of stuff.
I look this Phone number up on my Sprint PCS Phone and it is an Arkansas Phone number.(870) 216-4096. I did a Reverse Phone number from the whitepages.com and found that it is a phone number for Forrest City, Arkansas.
These people are beyond annoying, calling every day. If they're a collection agency for Sprint, why doesn't Sprint tell them I don't owe them any money and never have? I do not owe anyone anything. Zero debts. I reported the calls to Sprint and they didn't do anything; acted like they have no idea what the calls are about. My phone company is Sprint.
