How do I stop them from calling?

FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:

I returned a call to this number against my better judgement to see what in the world it could be. I got an automated message giving my husband's name and asked for the last four digits of his social security number. Well I wasn't about to give that to just anyone. I hung up. If this is a real debt, I'm sure they will mail a bill ???!!!
This was an automated message which asked for someone who doesn't live here.
