Let's sue this bastard to hell. Call him in the middle of the night a hundred times (block your number--just like he blocks his). Submit his email address to spammers, newsletters, and "opt-in" promotions until he takes us off his list. Go to hell you s**thead.

Having tried many things, I have taken to turning their calls on them. I call and offer to refill their chicken prescription. Call often and maybe they will get the message.

This "pharmacy" claimed to have my home address and credit card number! WTF! Asking me to refill a bogus prescription that I've never had!!

My wife is still receiving calls after repeatedly asking to be removed from their list. After reading everyone’s comments and suggestions I feel that anyone not on the Do Not Call list get registered at fcc.gov then file a complaint every time you are called. For those of us who have already done this and feel this hasn’t resolved the problem it is time to go to the local and national news media. I have listed the e-mail addresses of some of the national prime time news shows. It is important to contact your local news because national news tends to air local stories that affect us nationally.

If everyone who has taken the time to Google these phone numbers and read the comments will take another minute to write and send e-mails to the media it won’t be long before these bogus companies are out of business.

Well I guarantee you that no one here is a "druggy", thank you very much. I don't know where they got my cell number from, but I've been on a do not call list and have reported them to the FTC. Next I will try to file a lawsuit on their asses.

I was getting 5 or 6 calls a day from these people, the last guy repeatedly asked me my weight and if I was depressed. I was almost in tears asking him to please stop calling me. Then he hung up. That was the last straw. I ordered call block from Verizon. Now when I get a call (they have many different numbers) I immediately dial *60 and add them to my blocked number list. The caller hears a recorded message that I am not accepting calls. They probably call just as often, but at least the phone doesn't ring. Finally, some peace. I should have done this two years ago.

I read Hopes complaint and called the 800-987-3316 and I was told i would be taken off the call list. I was getting called from 866-878-3116 for over a year. HOPEfully it works.

How can some of these companies keep on calling even though we've been subscribed to the Do Not Call Registry for more than a year? Also I entered *77 with the local phone company. This is suppossed to block these calls from anonymous callers but it does not work either, they've found a way to bypass them too. Today I called their 866 878-3116 and they had me waiting for 10 minutes with Pete Fountain music until some guy with a Philipino or indian from India accent in a very rude tone agreed to take my number off of their list. I will believe when I don't hear them ring anymore!

I get calls from this number at least 3 x's a week. It has got to STOP!!!

Typical phone sales company with East Indian accents ship meds from Canada and ignore do not call registry. Have never done business with them but they try to pretend they have.

These same idiots called me on my cell phone for over a year. Never listened to a word I said. All my complaints to donotcall.gov are worthless. Now they call me at home, too. Had to change my cell phone number to get some peace. Maybe I'll have to do the same with my home number now, too.

Well, here's the bad news on the DNC listing...
We don't get results because so many businesses use foreign countries as their base for telemarketers. The rules that apply in the US do not apply to other countries.

I just found this website...thanks to your postings I was finally able to get in contact with someone who SAID they would put my number on the do not call list...we'll se what happens. They have been bothering me for months now asking for some guy. Anyways thanks for providing the right number to call because they never correctly directed me to the number I needed.

I have found a solution that is working for me. I block my phone number (*67 866-878-3116) and I call them for a change I ask questions about what they do and what the weather is like.

Non stop - every day or so for months

Turn around is fair play. Here is my solution. When They call you - call them back and blow a whislte in their ear, and again, and again. Annoy the crapt out of them like they do you. Maybe they will get the message!

These horrible people call me on my cell phone at least once a day. If I ask to speak to a manager, they claim that they're not available. I have also reported them with donotcall.gov but to no avail. I have never ordered anything from them and they are seriously pissing me off!

I get calls from this number all the time and have stopped answering. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling but to no avail. They always seem to be from some offshore (Indian) call center. They are trying to sell prescription drugs over the phone and they will give you a line about "your prescription is due to be refilled." Warning: if you ever have a prescription filled by an internet pharmacy, be prepared to receive these calls daily for the rest of your life. They are relentless.

They have been calling me for weeks and now their calls don't get through because of my Interceptor. I've read through here a lot and can't find anyone else using one of these. Caller ID says "toll free" or "New England Mot". Always a male foreign accent & if you ask questions they hang up on you. They say I need to refill a muscle relaxant. Have complained to donotcall but haven't heard anything.

I've made dozens and dozens of complaints to the DNC list and I still get 5-10 calls a day -- for two years. And no, I never ordered from any online or phone pharmacy, ever. Once you are on these lists, you never get off. Nothing I've tried (and I've tried everything imaginable) stops it. I did get a service from my phone company (IOBI through Verizon) where I can block or selectively forward (I forward them to 999-999-9999)numbers. It's helped tremendously. The calls still come in but they are either blocked or forwarded. 3 or 4 times a week one of their new numbers gets through and I add them to my lists. I know they will never totally be gone until I get a new completely unlisted phone number. I'm going to do this soon and make this poor phone number I have now my fax number and put the fax machine in another room with the ringer off. If I just give the number up, some unsuspecting soul will get the number and inherit this problem .... it's a mess.

And people wonder why I turn the ringer off...

Eventually (fingers crossed) someone will get to them and threaten to fine them. The only way to stop them is to keep filing complaints every time they call.

I got so tired of getting calls from these guys and their cohorts that I started reporting every call via e-mail to donotcall@fcc.gov. After a few messages, they responded with a Fact Sheet 34 which includes a very formal complaint form with much more substance than the usual "do not call" complaint. I'm sending a copy in for every call I receive.

They call me multiple times weekly -- and usually multiple times daily -- at WORK. I don't even know how they got this number. Usually, they just call and hang up when I answer. Sometimes they ID themselves as US Meds, sometimes as "Your Health Care Provider." Sometimes they tell me I need to "refill" weight-loss medication, sometimes it's something else I haven't ever taken. (I have never ordered anything from them.) I have explained over and over that they are calling someone's work number, that I have never ordered the medication, etc. I have asked them multiple times not to call and even requested customer service a few times (got transfered to music, then silence). This has been going on for at least a year, maybe two. It drives me nuts and ties up my phone when I need it for actual work.

They call anywhere from 4 to 12 times per day. For probably about a year now. Never leave a message on my answering machine. Well maybe once, some guy with an Indian sounding voice kept saying my first name over and over, like he was calling out to me. Kind of freaked me out.

This company was a complete pain. The called between 6-12 times a day. I called and answered and said DO NOT CALL...and i am on the do not call list. The number they gave 1-800-987-3416 no one ever answered and then said the mailbox #2 was full. I finally said to them do not call or I am turning your number in.

Every night I get a call from this number. I asked them not to call that Im on the do not call list. They keep calling. How do we get them to stop with out changing my phone number?

I used to politely ask the caller to take me off their list and I still got calls daily despite that. 9/14/06 I called that number and spoke to numerous reps and supervisors trying to get them to give me info about the company so I can sue them but as you can imagine...they are not forthcoming at all. I did however want to share this with all - register with donotcall.gov and if you get a call after 31 days of being registered, go back to the website and file a complaint (takes about a minute) with the FTC. An $11,000 per call fine is a strong disincentive to irresponsible outfits like "Healthcare providers of miami". Complain every time they call you and I doubt that they will keep calling you at those rates

This company has been calling me again and again for the last few days. I don't answer calls I don't recognize but i called them back today and they answered "Health Care Provider". He knew my name when I called and told me that I was due to refill my RX. I asked how he got my info and he said that a pharmacy or health care provider must have shared my info with this company. That is in violation of the HIPPA privacy laws and I am seriously pissed off!

These b*st*rds have been calling several times a day for over a year. Today they called three times from three different numbers, including twice while I was at the mortuary planning my stepmother's funeral. We need a real shark of a class action lawyer who will sue these guys out of existance.

Umm...I receive multiple calls daily from this horrible company. I too have filed complaints with donotcall.gov and asked the morons at the company to remove me from their list countless times. What really makes me mad is that I'm charged at least a minute per call on my cell and they hang up when I answer the majority of the time!!!! I would love to rid of them, but it seems to be a losing battle!

866-834-3131 Never bought pharmacy items online, have zero prescriptions, healthy as a horse... what do they want?

These people call my business and my cell phone number, 2-3 times a day for the past year. I have asked to be removed from their list, but they don't do it.
Spoke to my cell phone provider to see if the number can be blocked, they said some phones do have that feature, unfortunatly mine does not.

Does anybody know what happens after a violation of the "national do not call list" is reported?

If you call in the evening Stephanie or Joseph are not in. I spoke to Starr this evening 8/30 and she said our number would be removed from their list in 30 minutes. I had to call a different number whihc is 800-987-3416.

Call came through, I picked up, and they disconnected immediately, so I called back on 866-878-3116, and as they have caller ID (they read me my number back), I requested immediate removal from their list.

These people are constantly calling me, when i answer they hang up, when i call back there is this stupid music playing they must call twice a week.

This company, Health Care Providers, has called almost daily saying I'm overdue to order my weight loss pills. I have never ordered any, told them this and told them to remove my phone number from their list. After about ten calls like this they still call. Our so called Do Not Call Registry is a joke is companies like this are able to continue calling.

I ordered birth control from these people a while back. I get about 8 calls a day from 3-4 different numbers. I finally searched the 3 866/877 calls I have gotten already today (it's only 11am) and all 3 of them have linked on this site to US meds. I just signed up this morning as well for the do not call registry - but does this company not honor that?

I am also on do no call list and these people call me weekly, if not daily. They also call from 866-731-8620. I work from home so have to pick up the call. I have filed complaints, but haven't seen any results.

called 8/18 @1:56pm, 8/19 @ 9:00am & 10:20am; 8/21 @ 10:38am & 7:26pm; 8/22 11:52am and I think they may be related to 866-834-3131. I don't even let these toll free or weird name callers hit the machine anymore when I'm home. I answer and hang up.

My husband gets a tons of calls from this number. I tried calling them back to see who the heck they were and all I got was music. They don't listen when he answers and we are on the DO NOT CALL list, but WHY???

Same crap from US Meds (866-731-8620). I believe they are actually an offshore business. I have gotten a call from them every day for a year now. I finally got thru on the 800 987-3416 after getting the end of the road answer machine 10 times. Here are 2 of the names of Customer Service employees Stephanie Walla and Joseph Meyers. Stephanie said she has removed my phone number and I would not recieve any more calls (After 24 Hours) I had been recieving many calls from them 866 878-3116 at least once per day. They are just trying to sell more drugs. THey do however answer when you call on 866-878-3116 and you can leave a message for either Stephanie Walla or Joseph Meyers to call you back. When they do call you back They are with customer service so they must take your request to put you on thier do not call list. Good Luck

Someone in your house is buying drugs online and the online pharmacy is trying thier best to keep that druggy satisfied for their financial gain. Pain Pills?
