When I called them I was told they were representing NCO
I have been continually harassed with these phone calls. Told them they have the wrong #, they say they'll take my # off the list, but they keep calling!! I contacted my phone co., Verizon, and was told to contact the state Attorney General's office. I think we should all do this!!

Answered this call and the automated message is looking for Charles Smith press 1,2,3, and 4 if you ar not Charles Smith. I pressed 4 because I am not him and got connected to a rep. He stated several things but I stopped him and asked him who he was looking for. He did not know and put me on hold. A few seconds later he came back and started to spat things again, I again stopped him and asked for the person he was contacting, he said Charles Smith. I said I AM NOT HOM!! He said he would remove my number. I am not holding my breath.
I hate it. Why do we ned these people. And 'A Business,' No they are calling the right number. If you get yourself out of the phone book they won't call anymore but I personaly like myself in the phone book so friends can look in it if they lost my number.

Automated caller called my cell phone, asked for a name I had never heard of but I hung up before hearing the rest of the message.
An automated robo-caller kept leaving messages in my voice mail asking for someone I never heard of. The calls said something like "press 3 if this is a wrong number", but since they were recorded in my voicemail and not live, there was no way for me to do this.
I hate these collection agencies. I swear they must never even consult a phone book, because I'm always getting collection calls asking for people I've never even heard of.
They are a collection agency. Its usually a medical account in collection.
This must be a scam or they are calling the wrong number. The same recorded message was left twice on our business phone two days in a row: This is an important msg from NCO financial systems Inc, law requires they notify this is a debt collection company; this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Please call (inaudible name) back today at 1-866-849-2443.
