Calls and hangs up at all hours
toll free call as soon as you answer they hang up,they call all day long 2012-09-14
Caller ID showed as "Unavailable 1-866-748-8100".
I answered, but the other end didn't respond.
Some other site said it was a surveyor named "YouGov".
A POX UPON YOU ALL: You g**damn inventors of predictive dialing, and you too you corrupt "legislators" who approved the ginormous loopholes through the TCPA to allow legal bombardment with surveys and shit!
I told them I don't like EITHER candidate so I'm gonna write-in Goofy...
Upon checking another site for unsolicited phone calls, it appears that this is a politcal survey.
