How do I stop them from calling?

There was a slight delay after I said "Hello", then a male caller asked for me by my first name. I laid the phone down for a few minutes then hung it up.
Discover card calling to offer me a Discover Card for my business. I do not own a business.
I answered this call and a woman began reading her scipt, something about sending me an inactivated Discover Credit card. I ended the call in the middle of her speech and politely declined. She ended the call with a phone number I could call if I were ever interested in a Discover credit card.
