Enough!!! Two or three calls a day; sometimes even more. Calls early morning or late at night also. Last week, I was told I would "be sorry if I didn't listen" and last night, some jerk (definitely English is a second language) yelled back at me that he "didn't call me" before. "This is the first time I calling you." Asking them to take you off their list doesn't stop them. Someone has to stop them soon!!!! The number I see in my caller ID is 201-373-8371; name displayed is JAYSHREE. Please,someone kill these sons of bitches. I think that's the only way to stop them.

I just called the 1-800-987-3416 and they said that within the next 48 hours the calls should stop. Hope it works thanks christie.

They call 2-3 times a day and never anyone when i answer. I believe it to be an online pharmacy or that is where they got my number from. Years back I made the mistake of order medicine on line. Since then I constantly get these types of calls. For a while they did remove my number from there system but apparently they are back.

If you get a call from these folks, call Anthony at 877-877-5246. He told me the company uses three automatic dialers, which seems odd since they always ask for the same name when they call me, but ok I'll give it a shot. He says I will be removed in 24 hours.

Maybe someone at the FCC will actually take the time to read these complaints and do something about it. I have cursed the people, ignored the calls, pressed buttons in their ear, etc... They do not give a crap, just keep calling. Maybe we could file a class action lawsuit against them if we could actually pin down who they are. They give different names sometimes.

You can go to the following Do Not Call website and register a complaint. They need your name, address, date, time, the business name and the phone number. There is a potential crimnal and civil suit that will be filed against the company. The more complaints filed the quicker this misery will end.

The best way to handle these turds is to cuss them out. They used to call me almost every day until I cussed and swore and cussed some more. Now they call maybe once every 3-4 months and that's not so bad.
I've found f--- to be the most effective word, so use it every chance you get with them.

I reported them to the FBI like the post above said. I don't know what good it will do. These people have been calling me since May. I thought they were just idiots until i discovered this site and found other people with the same problem. I thought about just messing with them every time they called, just to annoy them... but after reading these posts- It appears that nothing will stop them.

wanted to handle my refills--from an alleged fulfillment center in Miami

Like all of you, I am getting calls from these assholed constantly. I don't know what to do. I don't usually answer when I see the # come up on my cell phone, but today I have been calling them and then just setting my phone down and walking away. I told my husband to do the same thing all day today. If anyone knows how to make them stop calling, please me know. I am so irritated!

They constantly call, never there when answer, today they ask for my husband, said it was personal

THese people call me seriously 6 times a day and Im really getting sick of it. My number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST. Get it? DONT CALL ME. They are so annoying. They call from 3 different numbers..if not more.

Thousands of calls from these jerks. No reason to even answer the call when the number shows up on Caller ID. They love a response. Just mute the ringer and let them waste their time.

Once I told them I am on the Do not call list and to stop calling, the calls increased.

I called back repeatedly and actually made "Gina" mad. She finally gave me her supervisor's name "Michael" and his direct line 800-987-3416.

She conveniently said he was "unavailable." Like previous posts, I say call them repeatedly. It's actually fun.

Isn't 886-731-8620 a Toll-Free call? Why not play their game back? If everyone that received a call from them just call them back. If you receive the music just set your phone down and walk off. If someone answers don't say anything, but don't hang up.
Or better yet, maybe someone could write a computer program just to dial the number all day. If enough people were using up their phone lines then they would have trouble making calls out. And if each call was costing them money, because it it toll-free, that woule be even better.

I think they would get the hint after a while.

Jerks! I have been getting repeated calls for 8 months. I have requested to be removed multiple times. I still get calls. I know they have branches in at least CA, NC, and FL. They call on weekends, at night. File any and all complaints possible against them!!!

They call every other day, and never say anything. I don't answer them. This has been going on for the last 6 months.

I get calls from these people on my cell phone EVERY day. Weekends, holidays, evenings, first thing in the morning - they don't care. They call from several different phone numbers. IF I answer, they tell me who they are and that I am due to refill my prescription? They leave VM messages sometimes. A couple of times when I didn't answer the 3 phone calls in a row, they called back and the caller ID says "unavailable number" These people are relentless. I am on the DNC list and have been for some time.
I have all of their calls stored in my phone and have saved the messages. I am looking into suing these people for harassment.

I've been getting multiple calls from these people. Sometimes they call as 866-878-3116. Finally I called them back (the 3116 number actually works) and didn't say anything when they answered. I kept calling them back over and over and they blocked my number.

I finally got thru on the 800 987-3416 after getting the end of the road answer machine. Here are 2 of the names of Customer Service employees Stephanie Walla and Joseph Meyers. Stephanie said she has removed my phone number and I would not recieve any more calls (After 24 Hours) I had been recieving many calls from them 866 878-3116 at least once per day. They are just trying to sell more drugs. THey do however answer when you call on 866-878-3116 and you can leave a message for either Stephanie or Josepho Meyers to call you back. They are with customer service so they must take your request to put you on thier do not call list. Good Luck

They call daily - what do I do, as soon as they hang up, since this a place of business, and of course have a fax machine..... I fax to their phone number relentlessly. Funny as good as that makes me feel, I am still pissed off every time they call.

Called my mother's house claiming they had info about a prescription in my name. Left name of Leeza at 866-878-3116 ext. 55, When I called back, all I got was music.

for all of you folks out there who actually think the FTC is on your side, check out the response I got from them. I would hardly call this an individual complaint based on how many people have the SAAAAME complaints on these jokers, and this is not even the only number they are hiding behind. pretty much, you will just have to endure this bulls*&t or pay the price and change your number. I have dealt with this insanity for over 2 years...daily...and i am PISSED that FTC doesnt give a rat's &^% about the very thing they are supposed to control.

Some of you have indicated that the phone rings and when you answer it, they hang up. They are not hanging up. Their phone system has a delay of 5 seconds before a rep is put on the phone...it is during that time that people assume that they've hung up when they havent.

I have been harassed by these people for over a year now. They call me 4-6 times a day. I'm on the do not call registry but its not working. Today I just spoke with customer service and they told me that the would take me off the list... I've been told this for over a year now.

still getting the calls. Today they called from a new number 866-878-3116... I talked to the Florida office of FCC last week about all this. I can't change my cell - it is my business number! They filed the report with US Meds have limited time to comply. I keep myself amused by telling myself I will collect 11K on every call one day... But now it seems they have a new number. I called that number back and mr. indian fuck head confirmed it was US Meds. I HATE these f**kers!!!! Saturday I answered and screamed as loud as I possibly could. I wanted to drive them nuts... You're getting these calls because your number is on a "list" thats being bought and sold by dozens of different scammers. Besides changing your number there's little that can be done. But to temporarily stop them you should place an order. DO NOT give them your real address or credit card. Tell them that you can only pay by money order. They will try to talk you out of a MO but make up some sad story that you lost your wallet. The UPS driver will deliver the drugs to the address you gave and try to collect the money order. Of course the address will be bad and the drugs will be sent back to the scammer. This causes the scammer to lose money. I've done this twice now and get alot of satisfaction from it.

Same things happening to me as other posters but with this twist. As I am driving down the road my cell phone rings with the 866-731-8620 number. "Charlie" wants me to buy some meds and verify my credit card number. (Earlier in the year I bought on line meds but NOT from this company.) I say No, I'm not verifing my card number, I'm driving down the road, I don't know him, etc. This guy is so persistant he insists that I pull over to verify my number. (I didn't.) Anyway, the next morning I have a $169 charge on my card for meds I didn't purchase or authorize being purchased. I guess Charlie figured he's save me some time and order for me. Now not only am I wondering how he got my cell number but how did he get my credit card number? Are all these internet sites just a front for one company??? (BTW, I am getting that charge off my cc.) I get the same type of calls from these numbers also...303-932-1804, 800-987-3416, 866-259-7122, 800-714-7905, 866-385-5090. Sometimes there's a person trying to sell me some legal dope, sometimes it's a hang up. When I try to call back I get a recording, every great once in a while I get a person who English is not the greatest. What gives??

I am over it! See my earlier comments above. I finally heard back from the FCC after filing about 10 complaints. They instructed me to go to my state which is Florida Depart of Agriculture and Consumer Services - division of consumer services. I'm in Florida which has very strict regulations against telemarketers. I filed a complaint, the state actually files to get person receiving the calls $500 per incident. I followed all the easy directions. Since these are all on my cell it will be easy to prove. Can't wait for the check! Go for it - file the complaint with the state and help shut this jerk down!

For the last month I have been getting 4-7 calls per day! I have called them back and told them that I am on the do not call list and asked to be removed. My Caller ID shows this number has called me *numerous* times (i.e., 8-10) in the past two weeks. Normally, I do not answer calls where the Caller ID shows "Unknown Name" or the equivalent, but I just happened to be sitting right next to the phone this evening at 7:59 pm, so I answered. For some reason, the caller immediately hung up.
I happened to find this annoying and harrassing, so I called the number [(866)731-8620] back. After a couple of double rings, some electronic voicemail or answering service picked up, and a male voice said only, "That extension is not currently available; please leave a message after the tone." So, I left a message with my telephone number, indicating they had called numerous times, telling them to PLEASE PLACE ME ON THEIR "DO-NOT-CALL" LIST, AND TO *NEVER* CALL ME AGAIN.
I guess we will see what happens!

I tried to call Miami, Fl. The Healthcare Center, The Healthcare Group, customer service at 1-800-987-3416 to request my number be removed from their calling list. After holding for 5 minutes I was transfered into a VM that was already full. These people call me at least 5 times a day, various times. They are driging me nuts. i've had a ton of these calls lately.. and now just received two calls in a row from this number. when I answered, it was silent, they never said anything. so I after a few times of saying 'hello'.. I hung up and did a *69 (I don't have caller ID on that phone)and it was this number. about 5 minutes later, phone rang again, and like the last call, it was silent.. after a few hello's and no response I told whoever might be on the other end to take my name off their list.. and beat the phone on the desk a few times for good measure.
