How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the
FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

If it is RCI , why don't they identify themselves????
It is RCI and they are some seriously rude people. I have told them in the past to never call me on Sunday, but they keep calling. They will never see another cent from me. I will not do business with RCI, ever, for any reason. Absolute jerks.
It was a call from RCI Cruise & Resort Vacations. We are members of RCI. However, the call was unsolicited. I didn't stay on the line long enough to hear what they were trying to sell. I just hung up.
called 3 times today but refuses to leave a message as to who they are and why they keep calling. After watching a lot of news/documentaries on phone and internet scams, I'm following what shows like Dateline NBC said to do which was not to answer it if they only call just to hang up when the answering machine turns on.
I get 2 to 3 of these calls a day. Yes, it is RCI. It may be a legitimate number, but the repeated pressure-calling is absolutely inexcusable. My husband has already told them he isn't interested, but the calls keep coming. My baby girl takes a nap during the day, so when I see the number 866-707-8411, I have been picking up the phone immediately to stop the ringing, and then I hang up ... I can't risk the 2 to 3 rings it takes to go to the machine. Well, since I actually answer the call to stop the ringing, this time slot has apparently been marked in their computer for our phone as the time someone is home, because now they call right smack during her naptime each & every day ... they just called 3 times within the past 1.5 hours today alone. Is there any way I can file harassment for these calls, because I am seriously mad. We are not interested in a cruise slot, and I am not messing around with these people anymore. My baby girl wakes up half the time because of these calls and is cranky for the rest of the day, and if there is one way to seriously p-off a mother, this would be it. If anybody knows how I can start steps toward harassment charges, pleeeaaase let me know ... I am really that mad. Thank-you.

called me every day for the last month.
They're still trying to get through, the persistent little buggers - never leaves a voicemail though (and that's all they'll get to speak to, unless I get bored and setup an auto-fwd to another telespammer's number). Today, 2 calls in one day, morning and night: 2008-04-24 @ 11:15h and 20:25h ET.
Still calling - once every other day now.
Yep, they are calling every day for the past 4-5 days and never leave a message (my phone doesn't ring for toll-free calls - my VoIP shunts them all straight to voicemail).
Unfortunately, RCI has turned into a telemarketing
nightmare. They are constantly trying to get you to renew your membership or trade for a cruise, etc...leave me alone

This phone number belongs to the RCI timeshare organization. The readout on the caller ID just says, "TOLL FREE". It's a legitimate call.
