How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).

Called three times yesterday (Sunday) twice today already. idiotic is all I can say. Never leave a message, so I never answer
Number calls many times a day. It's some foreigner that I can barely understand asking for who knows. I tell them they have the wrong number but they keep calling.
Called me three times today. I answered the third one and they hung up on me! I called them back and apparently GC Services is affiliated with Capital One. I do not have a Capital One account and am on the Federal Do Not Call list. Next stop donotcall.gov to file a complaint!
Called the number back and the message says "thank you for calling GC Services".. whatever that is... Whoever they are, they are definitely ignoring the Federal Do Not Call list!
I did not answer - brand new line less than 4 days old - no one has # yet

These people called me 19 times over the past 6 days.
Two calls today, no message. First call woke me up at 8:30 this morning but I didn't get out of bed and answer it. I haven't had a Capital One card in about 10 years or so.
It is Capital One Credit cards! They just called and actually someone was there when I picked up! I told them they had the wrong # when they asked for someone I have never heard of, and they HUNG UP ON ME!
This # keeps calling us as well, no message, no one there when I answer. This is a BRAND NEW UNLISTED #, we have had it less then a week. I have added them to the DO NOT CALL registry offender list.
this number keeps calling, doesnt leave a message and if I answer, there is NO ONE there!! SO ANNOYING!
they've been calling up to three x's a day for about the last 2 weeks. when I answer, no one responds and they are not leaving any messages on appropriately identified voice answering system.
