Who Called Us

I received a phone call from 'card services' on 5/5/08. They left an automated message that there has been a change in the status of an account (in which I do not have). I picked up the phone and was connected with Evonne Mcherrin. I asked for my number to be removed from their list. I asked Evonne for an address of the company that she only referred to as 'Card Services'. She refused to give me one. She hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I called the number back and was put on hold. No body picked up the line. I was called, again, with the same automated message from 'card services' on 5/7/08. I picked up the phone and was connected to Shahana. She told me she worked for Bank of America. I told her she had the wrong number and I had already asked to be removed from their list. I asked for her last name and she refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Shahana hung up. I called the number back. After being on hold for almost a half hour, Mary Houston (account manager) answered. She confirmed that I was taken of on 5/5/08, but could not tell me why I was added again. I asked for an address of her company and she told me it was FIA Card Services. I asked her why I was told it was Bank of America. She said that is also the name of the company. I got a PO box address and a customer service number of 888-991-8478. I then told her to permanently remove my number from their list. The Po box address is
