Bank of America, this IS there customer service department...not a scam. Guy I spoke to is aware of the "Card Services" scams that are going around.

Ext 7693 a lady left a message of these great "deals" she could offer me, but it would only take a few minutes of my time. WOW....could it be better than 30.999999999% interest and $29 late and over the limit charges ever 21 to 24 days????? With my credit all messed up......who is in the DRIVERS SEAT??
