West Asset Management- I actually had a billing issue that went unresolved on the behalf of Qwest. They were actually helpful and transferred me right over to Qwest who corrected the error.

I just had this same call today!! I called back, and it sounded like they were "West Asset Management" or something like that. I couldn't tell for sure. When I called, they said they run the assests of a company I have an account with. When I asked which company it was, they said they didn't know, but they could mail me the info. They needed me to verify my last 4 digits of my SSN and my address. I declined. Then they hung up. VERY weird!!
