this number called my wife on her CELL PHONE! claiming that she recently set up a bussiness credit card account and asking for her information to update the files.

I work at a call center and i received a call frm a gentalman who was very upset. he receives calls from this number all the time, they call him saying profane things in genral just harrasing him. I advised him to contact his local police department... Also a tip for what you can do is if they call your home phone, push *57 and it will trace the call. Then contact your local police department and they can supeona the records from your local phone provider.

hung up after pick up the phone, SCAM.

had this incoming several times last month. 866-491-3929. responed not available & hung up.

i got a call from them and the best thing that i found was to use an air horn to the phone. never called back again

I purchased an item from a TV commercial buylistenup.com. Ever since then I received 55 calls on my cell (during 10 day period). I bought a personal sound amplifier. It does not really work properly. Its a scam. They sell your phone numbers!

I ALSO have been getting calls from 727-541-0001 on a daily basis (sometimes more than once a day)...any advice is appreciated...the one time I answered the phone disconnected.

I got a call from this number also. 866-491-3929 saying that they want to offer me platunum rewards and asking me to confirm my address. I told them that I didn't have that card and the lady got mad at me. And by the way, I am also getting calls from 727- 541-0001

I have received numerous calls from this 866 number. If I answer, no one responds, even if I wait on the line, so I hang up. This morning a rude representative answer asking for me. I verified my name and politely asked to be removed from their phone list as he was calling a cell phone. Before I could go any further, he hung up on me. When I called the number back, all I got was music so I did not bother to hold to see what would happen.

These calls started a few weeks ago and at the same time I started getting them from 727-712-0382 which is a company in Clearwater (found that out on this site). A comment posted on the other number stated it is against FCC regulations to call a cell phone for telemarketing - not sure if that is true but might be worth the shot. Possibly these two numbers tie in.

I am going to continue to monitor the comments on these two numbers to see if someone can come up with some course of action. A posting on the other number mentioned she went to the Better Business website for Clearwater and reported the issues.

Consant calls no one on line.

Check your State Code and find out if them calling repeatedly (make sure its the same number/company) constitutes an annoyance. If so, I would contact your home state attorney general and ask them what sort of actions you can take.

Also, it would help if we could all think about what we ordered in the past several weeks/months.

I got on the phone with these people and the guy was really short with me as was his floor manager. I threatened them with pulling their corporation status for harrassing phone calls. They didnt seem to care. We'll see

same here.. numerous phone calls a day to my cell phone asking for husband, i said no such person at this number. hopefully they wont call back.

operator asked for Clyde...common mistake of my actual name if they don't look carefully at the name. I told them no Clyde here and hung up.

There is another number, 3106778701 that I was called from as well as the 866 number. I used a different tactic, LOGIC and GREED. I explained to the caller that I had been called numerous times before and each time I had requested to be placed on a do not call list. Because the employer does not maintain a list, the employer was wasting his (callers) time as well as mine, he was giving him DEAD Leads. I asked him how he handled a day of calling angry people, I befriended him, sympathizing with his desire to bring a paycheck home and made his employer the enemy. We will see if it works, destroying from within.

Received a call and it said 800 Service for the name and not knowing who this was, I waited for a message to be left. They left no message. They must use a roller type system calling numbers numerically until they think they have a fish on the line. Best thing to do is ignore them, unless, they persist. I pray that all scam artists who con innocent people get their just rewards one day, a life in a prison cell.

Got a call from this number, and they had my last 4 digits. I asked what bank they were with, and she said she was from an online retailer from whom I'd made a purchase with the card. They wanted to send me some grocery coupons & other rewards. I asked for the catch, and they hung up.

Claimed to be a reward company for my credit card..

Contacted bank they had no idea who they are.
No promotions under way similar to what was mentioned.

called 4/17 left no message i really have no patience for these people anymore calling my lawyer---when you have edlerly family it is very annoying to run to the phone for their nonsense

I got a call from these freaking losers and I let the woman have it. I told her that she was a fat pig and I didn't have to listen to her boiler room pitch. I don't know how these losers get away with this crap.

Got a call from this number on my cell, a girl supposedly trying to give me rewards related to a credit card (which she had the last four digits of). Shot her down after she admitted she was not actually WITH the credit card company, but wanted to "update" my address. The last she had was from years ago, but was odd that she had that much info.

this call was just like others from KBL the guy said he was calling in regard to my MC acct he even had the last 4 #'s this is identical to calls from company KBL
