This is a collection services vendor used by Bank of America and a couple of other credit card companies before the account is actually sold to a collection agency. Their auto-dialer is relentless and won't stop until you talk to them.
Message was from someone named Mark from card services, and this was the number I was to call back. The number he called from was 216-545-4689. Wanted to confirm some information? No company name given. Sounds like a scam to me.
They called my cell phone and left a message. Wanted to talk to me about a 'couple of options'.
