no message, was a missed call; it was a 800 free call so I called it from my land line to see what it was. Was disconnected as of 7-12-09. Probably some kind of fraud trying to fool you and then they drain your accounts or use your information to open a new credit line in your name and screw your life up seriously.

Private Investigator hacking your phone. They can go back and see who you are calling for 60 days. Gotta loves those slimy PI's worse that the average criminal and most people have no clue it is being done to them.

I keep getting a call from this # and it's on my track phone! Then they leave a message about auto warranty.

This guy is calling every other day leaving vmails about health insurance for the uninsured. My cell company doesn't have blocking for phone calls which is bull. The call back number he leaves is 8772845066 and his name is robin

This is a Man, who was on the Dating service, says he is very ill with Cancer, and only has a short time to live.
He has used up all his $$, for Herbal Treatments. While out of the Country, getting his treatment, his Lawyer, and Accountant has commiteed Fraud, by taking a $3.5 Million loan against his business bank account. Says he is about to LOOSE his business. But at the same time, he says he has some $ stashed $8.7 in Cananda, but needs someone who act as his go between.....I laughed, he said HIS Cervical Cancer is not getting any better. wait a minute...when did a man inherit a CERVIC?

Bottom, line, it is another form of the NIGERIAN FRAUD LETTER, etc. I got this call Thursday...

I have a suggestion for these creeps and all the other creeps using other phone numbers. When one of them calls, ask (politely) if they can hold for a minute. Then simply put the phone down and walk away. Stay away for about 15 minutes. These phone calls cost them money, and time spent on an unresponsive line will not only frustrate the heck out of them, but also cause large phone bills for them. It's not as satisfying as seeing them led off in handcuffs, but it's better than doing nothing.

Imagine their phone bill when hundreds of thousands of calls simultaneously come in to their switchboards at the same time each day. Remember "Toll Free" means free for us but costly for them.

Got a call from this number on my cell. Let it go to voicemail. I was able to repeat the telemarketer's msg word-for-word, thanks to "CLiX" who reported it here. Too funny.

Auto dial recorded phone sales from Harbor Freight. Could not tell them to stop calling since it was a recording. When I called the number back, I get a recording that the number has been disconnected. Several FCC violations from Harbor Freight tools.

Got a ring on this number at 4.53 peeyem local time. As it was unknown (I recognised '866' as a toll free number, thus this is a scam) I hit IGNORE.

call came in on my cell, i didnt recognize the number, so didnt answer. people, it is super easy to record an already existing recording, such as "number is diconnected" "is no longer in service", etc. havent you ever once recorded something in your life? i'd bet that if you waited thru the recording long enough it would eventually stop, and at that time you could leave a message, which would most likely fall on deaf ears anyway. i love "fed em crap"...if we were all as prepared as he, these calls just might end....MIGHT.

First spoke to Alex gave him crap info: car's make and model, phony miles, zip code. He thought I was serious and transferred me to Shawn Johnson. Gave him phony address, phony name. He said Alex just sets up the policy but he handles the transaction. He said the policy would cost $2610.00 and they'd give me a $500 gas card. $1000.00 dollars down and $89.00 per month for 18 months. Gave him fake credit card number. He said they'd mail me my warranty info and that a sales manager would be calling back in 5-10 minutes to confirm everything. Gave me their "direct" sales number 954-449-2663 and said he'd be my rep for the next five years. Ben from the vehicle verification department called and asked for vin and mileage. Told him the car was out. He verified the fake info I'd given him (I wrote it down as I went) and said I'd also get a free bottle of engine coolant (wow...). $0 deductible on a Track Guard Plus plan. The number he called from was Nationwide Home 954-449-2900.

After I hung up, Renee called and said the card was coming up invalid. (No s**t, Sherlock). Still played along, said I just renewed it and the credit card company changed the number. Told her I'd call her back. The ID came up as Berkshire Asset, 954-449-2665. I asked her if she had a number I could call her back at and she said 954-449-2663.

Got a call on my work cell phone from "Financial Services" using this number (866 469 3328). Pressed 1 to talk to a live person and ask them to take the number off their list, got a rude woman who cussed me out and then hung up on me. Tried to call the number back to complain and got a message that the number didn't exist. Lovely.

. It was about my credit card. I pressed 1 to talk to someone. A girl answered something like Financial Services or something and I asked her to please remove me from your calling list. She so politely just hung up on me! I tried to call the number back to report this rude behavior to someone in the company, but the recording said it wasn't even a valid number. How in God's name can our phone system be so @#!! up that it can let slimy companies register invalid numbers and harrass the public?

Please stop calling 850-469-3328 when you receive this call. That number is a law firm and you are reaching a paralegal who did not call you. The number that is calling you is 866-469-3328. It is a telemarketer. If I were you, I would not even call you back because they are trying to sell you something and we all know how annoying that is!

Got a call from this number and they are claiming that they are from family health insurance and try to sell their product.

Got a call from this number. Silence at first. THen, "uh, hello" and then the fast dial tone sound. So no chance to say anything.

Got a call from this number at work today. Pre-recorded message about lowering credit card interest; said something along the lines of "no need to be alarmed about your Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discover Card..." Gives option to connect to someone or remove yourself from their list. I took the removal option and it disconnected me.

Did not identify agency, said to call to discuss my credit card interest rates - scam.

They used an automated telemarketer to call my cell phone trying to get me to buy some kind of insurance. I hung up on them as it was a senseless waste of my cell phone minutes. Then I registered my cell phone number on the Do Not Call list. Here's the link if you wish to do the same.

Number keeps showing up on pre- pay cell I provide for my delivery job. I've never answered. Know the call is not for me - phone is pre-pay in no name. Wish they would buzz off! Wears down the minutes, is not for me, VERY RUDE to keep calling!

They don't offer warranties on older cars. Press 1 and talk to them. Tell them you have a 1972 Chevy Nova. They will be surprised there are so many of those around. :-)

I just got this call at 11:01AM. I did not answer it since I did not recognize the number. Not sure how anyone would get my cell phone. They left me a voice mail about an auto warranty.

Something about an auto warranty--it was difficult to understand.

I continue to get a automated call for this number asking me to purchase auto warranty from them. Repeated tries to get my number of the list has not helped.
