Going on 4 days in a row now. They never leave a message and I'm never at a place where I can answer the call. Annoying...
Didn't know it was Sprint until snooping around on sites like this one. Same "MO" as others put:
answer the call, dead air, hang up. Sounds like they got what they paid for. So much for the
fabulous world of 'outsourcing'.
Use caller ID or I will not answer it.
They call now for an account review only to make sure everything on the phone is set up correctly.
It may be done by a 3rd party company, because their dailers tend to drop them sadly quite a bit. They aren't hanging up on you-- No live person probably got the call. And if they did, they probably couldn't hear YOU either!
I find thats the case alot. I got one of those calls, called Sprint about it and the rep said in my notes that someone had attempted to speak to me but apparently I could hear them. :)

I saved this number on my phone so I'll know who it is when they call, as they call on a regular basis. They do call when we get new phones or change plans, but they also call randomly for other stuff, and have an annoying habit of calling when I'm at work, so I don't usually answer. Every time I don't answer though, I do get a voice mail from a live person. I haven't experienced the hanging up or nobody there situation.
Answered call and no one there. Hope Sprint isn't paying them too much!

Why do they call and keep hanging up?? If they want me to take a survey, I'm more than happy to...just don't call and hang up.
This is a service that does a survey for SPRINT. Have you visited their store recently? They are calling to have you take an automated survey regarding your satisfaction with the customer service you received.
