It is a recovery agency called NRA look:stopdebtcollectorsharassment.com Site has this number, a video and NRA Group LLC.. Not the NRA we know

Call to lower my credit card rates
It is the NRA. Usually a "Legislative alert" with a request for support. I'm a Life Member so I hear from them a lot.
Suspect it might be National Rifle Association
