I called them back and asked who they represent and the answer was Barclays. I hung up and figured out that it must be for my Juniper Credit Card.

They never leave a message. When I call back they say thank you for calling customer support. Please enter your account # or social security number. What account #? Like I will give them my social. WHO THE F_ _ _ are you and why do you call me?

I keep on receiving calls from this number every day about ten times a day it is getting worst early in the morning on Jan 1, 2010 this is the first number who called me early in the morning then it goes on and on, Dec. 30 to 31, this number calls me like every hour...this ia already a harassment on my part. Hope you could help to block this kind of call.

How do I stop them from calling?

  1. Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
  2. If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
  3. Block them with a call blocker or something like Nomorobo.
