How do I stop them from calling?
- Ask the unwanted caller to stop calling and put you on their do not call list (they are legally required to comply).
- If your number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry you can file a complaint with the FTC.
- Block them with a call blocker:
Uniden DECT1288 blocks up to 20 numbers, plus Private and Unknown, with the reject tone, without ringing the phone.
Panasonic KX-TG106 blocks up to 30 numbers, plus all unidentified callers, with a busy tone, after the phone rings once.
JF Teck Caller ID with Ring Controller blocks up to 70 numbers, and can be set to always allow up to 100 to ring through.

They call all the damn time and I told them to stop calling me about this shit. So I just registered on donotcall.gov and if they call again I will report it and hopefully they will be fined!!!! I hate these people!!!
They call every day about 6 or seven times along with other "toll free calls," but there's never anyone there. So I rap. And they hang up.
They have been calling several times a week for two months. Today I called them back. I told the guy, again, to stop calling me, get a real job, etc etc and he became very rude, refused to put his supervisor on the phone and ended up hanging up on me. It's on! It's time to declare war on these uninvited, low life jerks. We need to organize and fight back. empowered@gci.net
They have been calling me several times a week for two months. If I answer, they
Wow! I can't believe how many times they've called me as well as so many others. They have been calling everyday...the first time I answered it & the woman had a screechy voice & said, hello, hello? then hung up on me. How annoying.
They pretty much call me everyday several times a day and don't leave a message. Already this morning I have had 3 calls and this is on a Saturday before noon.
Keep calling, never leaving a message.
no one answered. i think it's a scam. don't call the number back. if you do you give them permission to make phone calls from your phone. then you get a big phone bill
They call me seven days a week, at least four or five times a day, for the last month and a half. I finally answered the phone last week, and they asked about student loans, etc. I told them I'm 34, I've been out of school for more than a decade, and I would appreciate if they would stop with the constant calls. Of course, this didn't work. They have continued to call me, every single day.
called just this minute, asking for me by name
Called my mom's house first. Asked when I would graduate. My mom said next year or year after depending on study abroad program. They told my mom that they don't know why I didn't qualify for loans although I never applied for any. Mom got worried. She gave out my cell phone number. Since then, they have called about 5 times. I have yet to pick up my phone. Very strange.
called just this minute
they called just this minute.
Lady said, "How could could you just up and quit your job?" in a southern accent. Wierd... Probably phishing for info and didn't talk to whom they wanted.
These people have been calling me on a daily basis for weeks. Sometimes multiple times a day. I never answer. You'd think they'd get the picture.
Called almost hourly today.
Student Loans
They have phone spammed me 25 times.
They started to talk about student loans and immediately said that I'm not interested. The guy said "Not interested in WHAT?" in this obnoxious voice. I asked him to remove me from their list and then just hung up.
Caller ID - Unavailable. Lady's voice wanted to talk to Andrea. Good trick I thought! Said there was no Andrea here. Immediately proceeded to ask if there is anyone I know that need student loan. Told her that I know what her motives were, to please remove my phone number from her list.
called my mom's house wanting to talk about my student loans. Maybe phishing for info?
