The lady who called was asking for a person that I don't even know. I told them that "they dialed the wrong number", and she also asked me if I knew the person & the number that she is at now. I told them "no" & they were polite while taking our number off their call list.
this man is undoubtedly a bad debt buyer who doesn't know the federal rulles on credit collection. he would unddoubtedly fall into the federa system since his state is adverse to mine. i don't know what the person is trying to collect because to my knowledge i am current on all bills. also i am an attorney.
KEEPS CALLING LEFT MESSAGE THAT THERE WAS A PERSONAL MATTER TO DISCUSSED
called twice daily for last two weeks, but no name. Did not answer at first and they left no message. I eventually answered and they had totally the wrong person.
Has called here several times with different people leaving messages. This is a independant collection agency that tries to collect on old debts whether they were in bankruptcy or other circumstances.
Called twice in a row. CallerID was 'TOLL FREE CALL' I didn't answer.
same collector as 972-323-3702 ; won't stop calling even after i tell him it is the wrong number!!!
