Allied interstate student loan collection.
Apparently these "classy" well-trained, guard dogs, will bark up the wrong tree.
My uncle has a student loan from 20 years ago. Im the lucky chap that has the same name as my dead beat uncle. So "John davis" the collector thinks i'm lieing... He thinks im just denying that Im my uncle. WE HAVE THE SAME FREAKEN NAME!!! Anyways... These guys will call and call until a person might need therapy. I CANT SLEEP WITH OUT THEM CALLING. So i decided to help my uncle take care of this matter for good. Of course my recommendation and any professional will tell you "Its always best to make payments!" but its always best to know your options before negotiating with these "Classy" Collectors. Heres a website I found that some "Student Loan collector" Made... He spills the beans....

Hes a collector so i still hate him, but personally I think this is the first time some one actually came out the laid out the rules on the table. Its a mystery as to why this type of thing isn't more accessible.

Allied Intestate or who ever this agency is the lowest of low they call all hour of the day 7 days a week.If you give the them any information or try the pay you pay for a lifetime the bill is never paid off.If its a just bill it should be paid sooner or later but these people will not give you account number or who the creditor is.
Left a message on my cell and at work saying they were Dept of Ed and they had a payroll issue....How can they just lie and get away with it!
They call every day. Will not leave message. Very irritating.
Would not tell me what company she was calling from. First she asked for my wife but by the wrong name. I said I am her husband and she could talk to me. She would not give me any info or tell me what company she was from until I gave her my wife's birthday, which I did not and then I hung up.

Woman named Ashly stated she was calling about a packet number. I found out they are a collection agency and one that has been sued in two other states, Minnesota and California.
Needed to contact person on Gov issue. Has 24hr to respond.
Left a message saying she was from Allied Interstate trying to verify employment. When called back stated that she needed to verify if an employee was currently employed. Had a case number to reference the person she was seeking a verification on.
Asked for business owner wanting to talk about "Brandy" - some ploy to get past reception, which did not occur
Left message: Said she was an agent, this was a federal issue, from Allied Interstate, Government Services
