How do I stop them from calling?

FTC. - Block them with a call blocker:

HAD STOLED A 1050,00 FROM MY HUSBAND BLIND AND MENTALLY ILL AND NOW PORTOFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES IS A CLIENT WITH MERCHANTS CREDIT GUIDE FOR
THIS ACCOUNT FROM 1991 THAT IS NOT IN THE NAME OF MY POOR HUSBAND AND IS ONLY IN MY NAME TANIA ALVAREZ.
Highly hostile scam artist! They will attempt to get information from you and cause you to validate an old uncollected debt as your own. Do not give them any info. Demand they stop calling you and file a complaint with your Attorney General! These people are criminals and will seriously ruin your day if you don't stop them early.
they keep calling saying to return call. Never stating for whom the callis or what matter.
This number keeps calling my house. I'm filing a complaint because I'm on the do not call list.
