Caller from RBC Royal Bank was pitching one of their no-annual fee Visa credit cards.
Robocalls at random times - 9PM for example. I never pick up when I see 800/866 or odd U.S. area codes showing 'Unknown Name'. Never leaves a message. Other calls recently reported in Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Canada.
