Who Called Us

They've been calling me for a while now, and since they can't seem to get my name straight, I hang up on them. I got a new number from today, 866-387-1179. Sure would be nice to find out who the hell these people are. I'm even on the Natonal DNC list, and I still get calls.

I get calls from this number all the time and have stopped answering. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling but to no avail. They always seem to be from some offshore (Indian) call center. They are trying to sell prescription drugs over the phone and they will give you a line about "your prescription is due to be refilled." Warning: if you ever have a prescription filled by an internet pharmacy, be prepared to receive these calls daily for the rest of your life. They are relentless.

beware..... they are using a new number now 866-389-7431. this is some online pharmacy or scam that paid or stole your information from some other online pharmacy. they are very persistent and i'm thinking about driving to florida where they are located and finding them :)

Called twice a day, every day of the week for the past month. Never anyone there, , it's on my cell. Everytime I call back, it's busy. Each time they call, it lasts 10 seconds, , and never anyone there.

I receive calls almost everyday from an Indian sounding lady from support pharmacy. Usually it is the 866-255-3635. 10/30/06 they called with a different # 866-389-7431. I asked who was calling and it was support pharmacy. I told them I would be contacting my attorney and that this was harrasment, the person said why is it is harrasement. I started screaming at her and she hung up.

This number calls several times a week, and sometimes several times in a day, which ties up our switchboard and uses up employee time. I'd love to stop them, whoever "they" are and stop their calls.

This is their second or third attempt to access my personal pharmarmacy information for prescription meds (i.e. Vicaden). First call was made by a young male of Asian-descent requesting personal information; During the call, I heard a T.V. playing in the background. I then requested a phone number of his so-called business and he provided the infamous 866.255.3635; (Note, the caller's number appeared as "private" on my caller I.D.). When I inquired as to whether it was the company's normal policy to have its' employees watching T.V. during a customer interview, he became speechless. Once cornered he ultimately hung up the phone.

A second call was followed up a day or 2 later by a young female of same the descent. The call was short and sweet once I informed her not to waste her breath as her "buddy" had just called the "other day" and that the "scam is getting old!"

I also informed her that I had contacted my wireless carrier and the calls are being monitored.

I haven't received any calls since.

What on earth do these people have to gain by calling and hangingup??????
Would YOU buy anything from people who do this?

As some people seem to have identified thes source, (The Company is Support Pharmacy out of Palm Beach, FL. The number I was givent to reach them was 888-399-2699.) - can some one give ideas on how a concerted effort can make the life difficult from this company (I am wondering, if we together can make it difficult for this company to do business!!)

I have received calls from this number everyday, twice a day, for 3 years! I've told them to stop calling me over and over again and it's become a joke to them. I've even filed a report with the sheriff's office but there is nothing they can do. I've also filed about 30 complaints with the donotcall website but nothing works. These people are idiots! How can I get them to stop? here are the most recent dayes. They call from 2 different numbers. 10-25-06, 10-13-06,10-11-06,10-09-06. the other days are from another number they call from, which is 8667318621

I've been getting 1 to 3 calls every day, with no one there when I answer. I got sick of reporting every day to the "do not call registry", so I sent a link to "whocalled.us" to at least 5 people at the FCC yesterday. Amazingly, I did not receive a call from those jerks today!

DOZENS OF TIMES DAILY STARTING AS EARLY AS 8AM UNTIL AFTER 10PM CENTRAL. PROBABLY A RIP OFF PHARMACY. I HAD ORDERED FROM SOME IN THE PAST ON THE INTERNET THAT WERE REPUTABLE, BUT THEY ALWAYS SOMEHOW DISAPPEAR. i TTEID SOME OTHERS THAT WERE RIP OFFS AND NOW I THINK THEY ARE CALLING FROM BOGUS OR TEMPORARILY FREE PHONE NUMBERS. THE ONLY CHOICE, I FEAR, IS TO CHANGE OUR PHONE NUMBER.

Add me to the list of victims being harassed by these people. They constantly call and hangup.

Add me to the list of recipients of these harassing calls. My phone number has been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry since the day the registry began but that seems to mean nothing to these assholes.

This number has called multiple times over a couple of weeks. We tell them not to call again, but they just laugh and say they will be calling again.

I too received multiple calls a day. ONE that was at 2:12 AM!!! And they never leave a message. I am not sure about others, but I have filed a formal complaint with my states Attorney Generals office. I suggest you all do the same. Especially if you are on the “Do Not Call List.”

This number is for an online pharmacy (supportpharmacy.com)that is very well known on alot of forums for bad cust service well as possible hacking of sites to get info.

These telemarketers call practically everyday! My husband swears at them - I have told them repeatly "not to call". They are a company selling medications! They are a nuisance and I wish someone would go after them.

Called several times over Sept/Oct 2006. "They" never leave a message. The one time I answered, female asked for Tracy. I informed her that she had the wrong number. She then thanked me for taking this call and promptly hung up. Very odd.

As everyone else stated, they call several times a day. I never answer unknown calls, so I did not know who they were. Today is 10/24, they called at 12;45, twice yesterday and frequently prior to that-they do not leave a message

1. Blame NAFTA for allowing this activity
2. FTC laws do not apply to foreign companies
3. Placing them on a “do not call’ list will not stop the calls. They are calling from India through a call forwarded numbers (e.g. 866-255-3635)
4. Using a caller ID service will not identify them
5. Contact a local government official
6. Contact FTC and keep complaining

I get calls at least 2x a day from these chumps. Nobody on the other end, just hangs up. What's the deal? For the love, how can this stop?

Called 8:04 AM 10-24-06. I believe it is some internet pharmacy. I have asked politely and totaly rude to be removed from their call list. I still get calls. I am going to complain to the state attorny general and see if I can file a HIPPA violation complaint.

Just got called and called back. busy signal. called the 888 number at supportpharmacy.com and asked to be taken off of their list.

Once I was able to get a rep to give me his name and that he was in FL. found his personal number and address, but didn't think that it was legal to give him a call.

They have called me on and off for over a year. it is a guy who calls me and it sounds like it is always the same person. they havent gotten nasty with me, just annoying. he always asks if "orlando' is there and i say that there is no orlando here and ask them to stop calling me. i have conplained to bbb and donotcall to no avail. i dont know what to do, i am so pissed

Someone from this number calls me 3 times a day. They never say anything and they always have a busy signal when I try to call them back to ask them to remove my cell # from their database.

Got another call from them. I have her name written down, as well as the time and date. This time she asked me what prescriptions I was taking. I told her that I knew she already had that information. (from past dealings with these people... something I'm very concerned about).

I have asked them several times to remove me from their list! I am searching for that info because the law says you can sue them if they continue to call you.

Glad to see I'm not alone. I get calls from this number app every 15-20 minutes on my cell. It rings one time and then goes dead. I finally talked to a lady on Friday when they called my home number. She said she was from Support Pharmacy. I told her in no uncertain terms that I wanted her to take both my numbers out of their computer and never to call me again. I guess that didn't work. Any other suggestions?

All attempts to locate origination of number have been in vain. Talked extensively with 3 supervisors who claim they have a legitimate business and are based in San Jose, California but refuse to give a physical address. Why won't the FCC do anything about these complaints?

Based on other comments here, my strong suspicion is that these are either from CanadaDrugsOnline.com, where we had once bought the medicine - I will try to call their number 1-877-900-DRUG and try to find out if they are the ones!

I have reported this group to the DEA in Boston. They are investigating. Apparently, they do not like it when telemarketers offer to sell controlled substances without an RX from a local MD.

I recommend everyone who is approached by these yahoos call their local DEA office to add their own report. That will help the agents do their job.

I get calls every 15 minutes on my cell from this #. It rings about a 1/2 a ring and I can't even begin to answer it. I've even tried waiting with my phone open with my finger on the answer button and it's still not quick enough. I get a lot of sales calls from online pharmacies because of having ordered online months ago so I figure it is this "support pharmecy" So I went to the website and called the # to order from them and asked how to get their call center to stop calling me. A nice American sounding man apologized and said he removed my # (he had a caller ID obviously since he read my # to me) and they should stop from here on out. We'll see.....

they've been calling for 3 years.finally today asked who they were.they ask for patricia boner, as usual. who the fuck is patricia boner?anyone get this too?So i tell him this is not patricia and he says something about a pharmacy and if i wanted a refill... i'm like..uh...no. then he offers something else... something for free, and i said i didn't want it. then i got hostile and told him to never call again. at this point he asks for my name, so he can delete it from the computer i assume.and i'm like, dude, i'm not giving you my name. you have fucking patricia in the computer, take her name and this number out. then he persists and says that he will put a comment in the computer that will say that he talked to a nice lady and that he should not call her again. fuck you asshole, i'm not giving you my name... keeps on for like 5 minutes...so i threaten with if you don't stop calling i'm going to file a report with the police for harassment. so i call sprint to see if they can block the number... no they sure can't and then the lady says, have you called the police? she said she got a call about something like this the other day... niiiice Calls in the recent week:

I sent a complaint to the Attorney General's office already because they seem to know peoples prescription history and also because they are harrassing people.

I get this call everyday on my cell, no one is ever on the line. I try calling back and the line is always busy.

It's telemarketers calling for an on-line prescription company trying to get you to order medication from them.

I got a call from (866) 255-3635, it said name unknown on my cell, and they were asking me if I wanted to renu my subscription to (insert some work I couldn't understand) It was a Japaneese woman with a horrible accent. I kept telling her to repeat it. She then said it was a medication. I told her I was not on medication and hung up.

These people have been calling my phone for 3 months straight. Trying to sell me meds. I have told them to stop calling, I have told them wrong number, I have refused to pick up. And they wont stop calling. Every 2 days, 1 morning call, 1 afternoon call. Ridiculous. I called my cell company to block the number, and they said they cant do that. What do I do?

Oh my goodness! This number has called me for about 2 months. It calls me everyday in the morning, afternoon and evening. They do not pick up, and when i call back i get a busy tone. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get at least 2-3 calls a day from this number. IF I answer there is nobody on the other side (I have only answered once or twice) If I call the number back I get a busy signal or a recorded message that this is a prepaid calling card number or some nonsense. They do not ever leave a message.

They keep asking me for a girl name Michelle Nelson. I never heard of her. They also leave numbers on my phone like 105 and 109.

I got a call from this person-who did'nt speak English very well-asking about medication I had to take a while back due to an injury.She said that was the only med.she had listed for me and I told her I took about 7 meds a day which she knew nothing about.She metioned a "support pharmacy" I-in turn called my pharmacy and was told they definetly did'nt give or sell my medical records-so where did she get he info.My pharmacist thinks from the insurance carrier-LOOK-OUT LAW SUIT!!! Also I've never order anything on the internet and I don't have caller I.D.-I Star 69'nd her ass.

I've gotten at least a hundred of calls from this number. They say they are from the internet pharmacy but won't tell me which one. I offered to buy whatever they were selling, but from a website instead of the phone - figured I could get some idea of who they were so I could do something. They sent me to a search engine. I spoke to a supervisor several times and each time the said OK and still the calls didn't stop. I finally got one that said OK, and it actually stopped for about 3 months. Now, theeeeey're baaaack. I really should stop taking my frustration out on my phone. I think I'll follow the lead of some others here and turn it into a prank call: No, I'm from the internet pharmacy and YOUR precription is ready.
If I ever figure this out, I'll be back and let you know.

The first time I got this call it was a pharmacy (I ordered a few diet type pills on-line... "they" must have gotten my number). I asked to opt out of their telemarketing call list. Here's what happens: there is a huge data bank of phone numbers that are automatically dialed by a computer. As soon as the phone rings the computer puts the call through to a live operator. If the number is on the "do not call" list, it automatically disconnects before transferring the call to an operator. Unfortunately, the disconnects happens only AFTER the call goes through.

I tell them no to call me every time and they just keep calling back. Thick Indian accent. Can't understand most of what they say. It is so bizzare. What is there business model?

I tell them not to call me again, I swear at them, and they call so much that I pretend to be the person they are looking for and I ask for drugs like acid and cocaine and I confuse them. I have asked them to take me off the list and they still call nothing I can do will get this to stop. I get 3 calls per day avg. They ask for Pauline and my names not Pauline. Has anyone ever got a call from these people and it has showed up as 000-000-0000 i get that one a lot from the same company.

Same here. They have been calling my cell for over three months - I would estimate somewhere around 40 calls in total. I actually spoke to a women on the other end of the line once and told her to immediately remove my number from thier list and never call again - I have received 10 more calls from them since that day. There must be something we can do. I am paying for this every time they call my cell!!!!!

Received two calls in the past two days from this number. I suspect, based on other posts, that this is that "internet pharmacy" that kept calling me several months ago, even though my husband and I both told them to stop (to which they just hung up on us and then waited a couple of months apparently). Just filed two separate complaints with donotcall.gov and verified my number is on registry since 11/12/2004. We'll see if that helps (doubt it). Also get an "unknown" shortly after the above number calls - also no answer - coincidence??

got a call from this number today on my cell asking me if I needed to refill my medication when I told them I didn't have any to refill she asked if I needed any pain meds or antidepressants. I told her know and wanted to know what pharmacy she called from , she said something but I didn't understand her. I asked her again and she repeated it but I still cold not understand her.

Someone from this number called again today. Several days ago they called and said my prescription pain killer was ready for pick up. I asked who they were and I was told I would be taken off of their list.

10/10/06 For a week I have been receiving calls from this number to my cell phone. When I'm called back I get a call center. They say that is one of their conference call numbers but no conference calls are taking place. Today I spoke to an individual that sounded Indian wanting to renew/order some drugs for me. They told me they represented a local pharmacy that I used. When I ask for the name of the pharmacy they couldn't identify it. They couldn't answer any questions I had. The individual who called me had an indian accent. These guys are operating a scam!

They've called me probably for the past 4 months eventhough I'm on the do not call list as well. So frustrating!

866-255-3635 called me several times over past 2-3 wks (usually around onces to 2x per day). Each time I picked up and said "Hello" there was no reply nor sounds from other end; when my voicemail picks up there's no msg left; last time I picked up and said nothing (10-09-06 5:21pm nyc) there were no sounds from other end and call was disconnected. I just filed a complain on donotcall.gov (and will file through other agencies should calls persist) I also just called T-mobile to see if this # can be blocked; the rep was polite, bt basically said there's no way to block a # and there's no means to file a complaint on this # through T-mobile...he suggested I contact the Better Business Bureau.

Who are these people? Is this a prank? Doesn't it cost them $ to call us relentlessly?

One thing I do see in common with other reports here is that I have also ordered rx's off the web in the past.. I did not answer the call today. I usually don't answer when I don't know who it is.

Call 2 or more times a week. Sometimes announce themselfs as "Support Pharmacy" and want me to refill somthing i usually cant understand them. somtimes they anwser and sometimes like the rest of you they just hang up.

I ust got a call from 866-255-3635 on my cell phone. I hear a man say Hello and then they hang up. What is the purpose of this web site? Who is sponsoring this site and what are they doing about this number. That is not explained

They call multiple times a day. We've mostly ignored them, but even talking to them doesnt' get them to stop. Someone please make them stop.

Today is Oct. 6. I get calls from this number everyday on my cell. I've threatened, asked to speak to a supervisor--they hang up. I've even tried to keep them on the line so I could find out who they are, and they can't even figure out how to sell me anything! Do we have any recourse?

This number has been calling my cell phone 2-3 daily for the past few days. If I pick up, the line is dead. It seems to be going from annoying telemarketer to harassment!

Some indian guy from Support Pharmacy asking for Remi and my credit card number to refill. Called my local police dept. on them and made report. They stopped calling.

These idoits have called me every day since I've owned a cell phone. I actually got through to the 866 number. The woman with whom I spoke then gave me another, "customer sevice" number to call in order to have my number removed. Having called THAT number, I was put on hold until I was "the last caller remaining," and then my call was forwarded to "extension two." Coinciently, the voicemail box was full, and then my call was disconnected. Time to call the BBB.

I've been called 9 times in the past 2 days. The rings once or twice then disconnects.

866-255-3635 is a Quest number, but I haven’t been able to get through to issue a complaint.

more than 3 times. But the latest one was 10-4-06 9:18am (Hawaii). I answered the call but nobody spoke. They hang up after a few seconds. One time I missed the call but they didn't leave me a voice message. Could anyone tell you who they are? Thanks!

However they continue to call. this has been going on for over a year now. You ask to talk to a manager and they just hang up. you call back and the # is busy. I hate them!

It's worse - they call me a couple times a day and hang up. Don't even attempt to sell me anything or talk to me.

keep getting calls to renew a RX for medication I bought thru the internet once.

They called me 5 times in the last 3 days I have repeatedly asked them to stop. Finally complained to National Do not call registry and my state Dept. of Commerce.

I've been receiving calls from this number for the last 7 days. Sept 28th - Oct 5th. The calls are always between 2:30-3:30PM Eastern. When I answer I get nothing. When I call back I get a busy signal.

I just got a call from "Toll Free Call" 866-255-3635

The woman had a very strong accent, possibly Indian, and all I understood was my first name, Canada, pain reliever, and oxycontin. I told her I didn't know what she was talking about and that I couldn't understand her accent and she hung up. I have gotten several calls from this number lately, and usually don't answer and they have never left a message. They called about a week ago, and I answered, and they hung up. This time the person hesitated when I answered, and then said my first name, I said "yes" and then they started talking as I stated above.

I am on the do not call list. The creepy thing is, I have gotten nedication from Canada before, but nothing like oxycontin. I called that pharmacy and they said it had nothing to do with them.

Calling back the number gives nothing but a busy signal.

theese people get their contact info to make cold calls from unsuspecting surveys and scammers from the web.. porn sites , money making scams , etc..
regardless of what you claim to have participated in at sometime or another everyone who has been contacted by this intrusive cold caller has put up their own number via some sort of web survey

Count me among those contacted without authorization. We're on the Do Not Call List and seems to not make any differance.

No message, cell phone rang once and then nothing. Happened twice so far, started after traveling to georgia/florida but could be coincidence.
